Request refund without any answer.

I bought a international ticket with this site and because of the company I was not able to do my trip. Because I bought the ticket with JustFly just them can help me to get my full refund. It was a month ago and when you call on customer service nobody answer, for many times I'll be more than 1 hour and nobody answer, there's no email to contact and nobody return your calls. It's a $#*! company, I'll never more gonna buy my tickets on this site.

WHAT A SCAM

Soon after purchasing tickets I came across an article of how terrible Justfly is. Tried to cancel without the 24 hrs but was never put through to a live agent... instead I was hung up on constantly. Don't bother to try emailing them, because you will get a response saying they do not monitor their email address. It took calling EVERY WEEK for 3 MONTHS before I was put through to a human (after waiting 1.5 hrs on hold), who told me there could be no refunds because I didn't cancel within the first 24 hours. DO NOT BOOK WITH JUSTFLY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Will absolutely never use their services again and will be telling everybody I know the same.

Not only did they refuse to refund me a ticket that i could not use because of COVID restrictions they completely bottled the update to the reservation! They sent me a confirmation but not to the airline?! Where have you ever seen anything like it?

We had booked a flight in December but it had to be rescheduled due to flight cancellations. We got new flights for the summer with "credit" from that earlier flight that was cancelled by the airlines. We are at the airport now, with an itinerary but the airline staff can't find a record of our reservation. Mind you we spent close to 3 days, on the phone for literally upwards of 3 hours to get them to reschedule since their online scheduler wasn't working. These people are the scum of the earth and will steal your money. Do not under any circumstances do any business with them. You're better off buying a more expensive fare knowing that you have a legit customer care to talk to. Again, they are literal trash. Never again in my life. I wish I could give a negative star count.

Traveling to Africa. Do not booked your ticket with justfly. They don't have a connection for you to get to JFK. You have to collect your luggage and pay for a taxi for $145 to get to JFK. Please stay away from scammers.

PAID EXTRA FOR ASSIGNED WINDOW SEAT.
CHECKING IN TO FIND I WAS GIVEN (((RANDOM MIDDLE SEAT))) THEY TOOK THE MONEY BUT DIDNT EVEN EMAIL TO TELL ME IT DIDNT GO THROUGH WITH THE AIR-FLIGHT COMPANY! WAS ON HOLD FOR ((((1:54:22)))) THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON STAYED 1/2 HR WITH ME IN VAIN!

Flight Insurance

I spent money for flight insurance and was denied any refund or credit. I fulfilled all of the criteria for a refund or credit but was still denied. The denial wasn't sent to me, I had to call again to ask about it, there was no reason for the denial. I purchased the flight insurance because of the chance of being exposed to Covid and that was the reason I was not able to make my flight.

The Airlines Refused to Allow me to Board the Plane with my Valid United States Passport also a Valid Fully Vaccine Card along with my Round Trip Ticket under 30-Days to Return, I EMMEDIATELY CALLED JUSTFLY To make Another Reservations they Assured me I can change my Flight, But when I called back a few days later they were Trying to Extort me for my Money

#1). THEY TOLD ME: THE AIRLINE THEY USE WILL ONLY CHANGE MY TICKET IF I "UPGRADE TO A
MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE FLIGHT COSTING ME OVER $2,000. MORE...

#2). I PAID CLOSE TO $1,400. FOR MY TICKET,... NOW THEY WANT FORCE ME TO PAY FROM $3,000.
TO $5,000. FOR MY ROUND TRIP TICKET ( I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE).

#3). THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE THAT IS THE POLICY OF THE
AIRLINE THEY USE AND ONLY ONE THEY CAN FIND BUT IT WAS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE
TICKETS AVAILABLE EVEN NOW.

#4). THE AIRLINES HAVE POLICY THEY MUST PAY INVOLUNTARY BOARDING FEES DOUBLE AMOUNT
I PAID SO NOW I AM ASKING FOR MAXIMUM AMOUNT AIRLINE PENALTY FEE...

If I could give a 0 star, I would. They are utterly useless and misleading. I needed to cancel a flight I booked with them. I made an inquiry first to know if there will be any penalties. They said there would be a $200 modification request fee. I thought ok, it's not so bad. After I made the cancellation request, I was informed that there will be a $350 waiver fee from the Airlines on top of the $200. THEN, days after, I was informed that $350 had a $26.70 tax fees added to it. That's not even the "best part"! I then had to pay right away the $200 if I wanted to receive the refund, which will only arrive in 6 TO 8 WEEKS! So you're paying more money to HOPEFULLY receive a refund from the Airlines! Highway robbery in broad day light! OH, also, the seat request fees are paid for were non-refundable. So, you didn't get on the plane but you still had to pay for the seats... This whole thing is a joke! Listen to the reviews and save your money!

I booked through justfly.com and had to cancel due to COVID. I am trying to redeem my credit and no one can help me. I completed the information online and they want to charge me again without applying the credit. Called the customer service line spoke with a 3 different reps and was transferred to customer care and was disconnected each time. I am frustrated. At least give me an explanation to why you will not honor my credit. Beware this is not an honorable site.

This will be the first customer review I have ever written about a company. 3 months ago I have contacted by JustFly letting me know that my flights to Portugal had been modified and that I would no longer be able to make my connection in JFK. I worked with the "customer service" representative to find an alternate flight that would work for my group of 5 but was unable to find a viable option. At that point, the representative told me that my booking would be canceled and that I would receive a refund within 6-8 weeks. I went ahead and booked flights with another airline and waited for my refund. I then booked 5 more tickets on another airline. Fast forward several weeks and to make a long story short, Justfly never canceled my booking and I have spent 12+ hours and 12+ calls on the phone now trying to get it resolved. Each time they tell me that my case will be escalated and that I will receive a call back within 72 hours. THIS IS A LIE! Nobody calls. One time they even sent me an email saying they had tried to call me several times but had been unable to reach me. So of course, I have to spend another hour on hold waiting for a rep only to find out that they want me to call the airline and ask for a refund from them. I DID NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AIR PORTUGAL! I did business with JustFly. At one point, one of the reps even told me that he had listened to the original call where I was told I would get a refund and not to worry, they would take care of me. This gave me hope but that was 7 calls and 7 hours of my time ago. We are back to square one. My hope at this point is that there is one honest person at this company that will read my review and care enough to contact me. I have $4,100 that has now been tied up for 6 months. JustFly, please do the right thing. Case number *******

I bought five tickets from justfly.com for four kids and my wife to travel to Pakistan from Dulles Airport DC. It was an American Airline ticket and It was claimed that it is operated by Qatar Airline. At the check in counter Qatar refused to accept anything promise mentioned on justfly.com website. On Qatar flights you can check in two bags but for American's passenger they refused to take the second bag which we already took to the airport. We had to pay additional $100 for every second bag. Now my family is stuck on Doha airport for 19 hours layover which they did not mentioned when we were paying for the tickets. It showed up after 24 hours when the cancellation time was over. justfly.com is a cheating website. We spent $1500/ticket and thought that it was little cheaper but it ended up expensive
Qatar is not providing even food vouchers as they said that you are the American airline passengers not Qatar airline passengers, we are traveling through Qatar airlines though. So bizarre and so stupid on the part of American airline as well as the Qatar airlines. American airline is cheating the passengers too American crew at the Dulles airport totally refused to help with their long stupid faces.
Justfly.com must be shut down. I will go to the length to go against this cheating website.

These guys are highway robbery

I have not been able to contact this service at all. There customer service line just gives you the run around. They charged my credit card. But then email me saying there was an error with my credit card and the flight was canceled. They literally charged me for a flight I was supposed to recieve, then say they canceled it. Scam artist. There's no way to return email and their customer service is only automated so you can't even talk to a representative to handle and fix this situation.

I have purchased many tickets from Justfly.com and also referred the company to many of my friends and family members. However I have recently decided not to purchase any tickets from this online travel agency and stopped all referrals. I have found this company insensitive to customers. Greedy and also they conduct deceptive trade practice (fine line agreement). I purchased 2 round trip tickets from DFW to Dhaka, Bangladesh (Turkish airlines) through Justfly.com. After few weeks the Corona virus situation got worse in both DFW and Dhaka. We realized going overseas and leaving our family behind during this worst pandemic situation will be risky. I contacted the airlines for their refund policy in Covid situation and they informed me that I could cancel the tickets for a full refund since pandemic was dangerously spreading both in the USA and Bangladesh. I cancelled the reservation through Justfly.com portal and also notified the credit card company for a refund. I also responded to their email about the reason for cancellation. The credit card reversed the transactions and gave me credit. However after about 3 months Justfly informed me that my transaction has been considered as "No Show" and therefore they charged their commission $800 to my credit card on file. When most of the airlines and reputed travel agencies refunded the price for cancellation due to Covid pandemic, Justfly.com was not one of them. I realized Justfly.com does not have moral or humanitarian objectives regardless of customer's situation during the pandemic. The company took advantage of this pandemic and made money for their dishonest sales people and owners regardless of the customers situations. They just lost my trust and loyalty. I am in the process of sending hundreds of emails explaining my experience to all my friends and family members and ask them not to trust this company. I also plan to post my experience at various travel sites and blogs and advise them to be careful buying tickets at Justfly.com during pandemic or any time.

Not Care Customer

I bought a plan ticket from Los Angeles to Dhaka for July 16,2022. Unfortunately, something happen to my life and need to cancel my ticket. First, the customer service said no cancelation and no refund. Then, said no cancelation. I have to pay 200 dollars penalty right now. I have until April to rebook with same airline and have to pay another 300 dollars penalty when I rebook. I think customer's life can happen something and company should be reasonable adjustment for them.

My boyfriend accidentally put wrong return date. Tried calling emailing and chatting on website no response. Had to buy new flights at SW so paid double to get to Mexico. Thanks for NOT responding or answering my he phone JUSTFLY! Rip Off!

Cheated out of $1,133.67

I couldn't change my flight dates on their website, couldn't email them and couldn't reach a live person if my life depended on it. So did the only thing i could and canceled my $2,673.84 round trip flight.
When i went to cancel the webpage said I would only get $1,940.17 back because of there policy, i bought the trip insurance they recommended. But to add insult a-pond insult they charged my credit card $200.00 twice as additional canceling fee it seems! And they don't give you anyway to complain or talk to a person. I will tell everyone i know and every will know that this company is sneaking and they plan this kind of theft, it must be their business plan.
1. The first receipt you see is when i purchased the flight. Total was $2,673. 84. 2. The receipt is after I canceled the flight That says the total was only $2,417.84, so right there is a loss of $256.00 were did it go? 3. the same receipt shows my refund of only $1,940. 17. 4. i get two emails from my credit card company notifying me that Justfly.com has charged me $200.00 twice as a cancel fee! This is way they wont give you their email address and the 800 number is never answered just hours of on hold. I think a class action suite is the only way to stop this company from stealing money..
