Just got into an endless loop of telephone jabber. Finally get to a person and then they can't help and send me back into the loop. You can't get to customer support or billing support directly. I would not recommend this organization.
Booked round trip to seattle wa. Picked a date and am found a flight picked it. Checked it a few days later and realized they had slipped in a pm which i picked, ok my fault. Well you cant talk or email anyone at this company. So i purchased a one way am flight, and was going to use the second part of my rt tickets to fly home. Nope they wouldnt let us use the rt trip home. I paid for three flights, in the end we were stranded at airport for over 8 hrs and i had to purchase and additional two tickets home for another 800. And a days missed from work. Be very careful if you use this company, I will never again and i will tell all my co workers not to use this sight. No customer service at all
They cancelled my flight in 2020 for covid claiming that I have over $1,200 of credit for a new booking. There is no way to get a new booking using my credit, not online and not in the phone with the worst useless horrible customer service ever.
It is only a scam, a fraud and we need to go on court.

I went to their app to purchase a flight and put A certain date and their website changed the date. I booked it thinking it was my date. When I received my email confirmation I noticed dates where wrong. I called Justfly and it took more than 1 hr to get in touch with a person. When I explained my dilemma they informed me they could not help me and to contact airline directly. They did not help at all. I contacted airline and they to did not help either. I will never use justfly or frontier again
I booked online overseas travel. I had to change my return flight dates. On hold for 2 hours. Finally, someone answered the phone and said he can only help with new reservation and transferred me to mind numbing wait tone of Just fly. Tried to change on Just fly website and no luck. The flight search engine will go in la la land literally kept spinning for hours with no results. After all this, i just called the same number and acted I want to book a new ticket. Fast answer and ready to book my ticket in 15 minutes. I said i already have a reservation. Cancel that one and book this one. I got same response. Transfer to existing reservation line with no answer.
Qatar Airways- refused to deal with me and said to go to agent or in future book directly with them. What a nightmare.
I selected $3800 flight & by the time I finalized my booking they charge me $6241 the worst part is you wait 2hrs to speak to someone & $225 is non refundable. Still not solved
Do not book any ticket with this fraud travel agent. They are all stealer. I book tickets with this company on 2021 and 2 days before of flight my son got sick n his fever was high and I called them n canceled the flights and I requested my refund but they said you can not cancell n you have to pay extra charges if you wanna change your flight date then I called my bank n disputed the transaction then after 4 months they stole my money from my credit card bcz they had my card information.

Very worst flight changing policy when flight timings are changed and delay was increased to 6 hours. We were not given another flight when travel time changed from 25 hours to 29 hours. No zero star option to rate. Waiting on call for hours and this is cheating company. NO HELP WILL BE THEREONCE TICKET IS BOOKED

Placed reservations for a flight to leave on 07/10/2021, to see sick father. Received phone call that my father had a massive stroke and was not doing well. I called Justfly to see if I could change the flight to a sooner one, and I was told that they cannot do that. So, I booked another fight for a sooner date. I was promised by Justfly that my return flight, that was booked with them would be honored. My father passed away a day before I arrived. After the funeral and settling his estate, I planed to fly back, only to find out that Justfly canceled my existing reservation without the option of helping me book another flight. So, again I had to purchase another return ticket. When I returned home, I was told by Justfly that I was eligible for a refund if I submitted a copy of the death certificates, which I did, twice. Still no response. Customer service is terrible, either I get transferred and disconnected, or placed on hold for an hour only to be disconnected. DO NOT USE THIS BOOKIKNG AGENCY.
This is by far the worst scam of a company. They booked me a round trip flight that had two checked bags included on my departure flight and 1 checked bag on my return trip. They use cheap airlines such as condor which makes matters worse. It ended up costing me an extra 280 dollars for 1 extra luggage. Imagine taking your items to a foreign country with the baggage fees included and being asked to pay extra to take them back home. Pay the extra money and use a reputable travel agency.
P. S not to forget it took me 5 days and over 14 hours of conversations to change my flight. Their slogan should be, if you want to spend your vacation on hold with justfly customer service, book with us.
I can't say very much about their service. I've spent over 3 hours on hold for many times past 2 month waiting to talk to someone, but it seems nobody is answering. I'm getting real sick of this repeating on hold music and the all our agents are still busy announcement ever few minutes. In addition I have spent another 3 to 4 hours on hold over the past 4 days waiting and waiting on hold, to no avail. I even try to change my flight on line my self and the browser is keep lodging and not going any where for number of times. When you want to call sales department, answer you in minutes and they won't help you if you need help and pass you to costumer service and good luck to answer you.
They charge you extra at end called fees and taxes $100.00 per ticket
They offer you insurance and if don't want it at end ask you $11.99 per person do want to added make you exited to purchase and at end you won't believe your eyes $898.09 was charged.

They spent their money upfront giving it a friendly site to navigate. That is the only positive comment I can give. As soon as you need customer service, no one picks up the phone; takes a long time and mostly over an hour before they pick up the phone. And when you speak to them, you will know that they are a hired call center operating remotely from their home lacking any training. I asked to speak to their manager and they outright refused my request. I asked for a resolution tracking ID or to email me back for a confirmation of service, they refused and said "trust me, I am helping you" as if I should be lucky and thankful they are there to pick up the phone. My issue was that I purchased a flight that got cancelled due to COVID restrictions. Not in my control. The cancellation was done days prior to departure date. I purchased an INSURANCE at the time of booking for this reason. NOW JUSTFLY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE NOR HELP WITH MY REFUND REQUEST. I AM SO ANGRY I WANT THE FONT STYLE TO EXPRESS THIS. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY. NEVER AGAIN!
Since there is no option on the website to communicate with customer service and they do not take phone calls on existing reservations, (you will never get anyone on the phone on an existing reservation, they hung up on me 5 times, was on the phone for close to three hours), I will use this review to make my point.
Per Just fly (see communication below), I should wait 3-5 months for a refund. That is if I even get the refund. As far as I am concerned, if I cannot get a refund by 06/15, they can keep the money. I won't want it back. Every single person involved with holding that money will regret it. Just wait and see. Curses are real. I guess they will find out the hard way. But they were warned. Who, should wait 3 months for a refund?

Don't waste your time with this company they won't give refund nor if you cancel or rebook a flight try call. They wasn't so helpful. You mightest well book from airline company directly
WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Our flight was canceled... tried to get through to Justfly for refund or to rebook with no results. You can count on losing your money if your flight is cancelled and you've booked through this company.
Worse customer service and no manager or owner are available to take care of the issue, only evil workers who don't care. I called a hundred times and never resolved the issue even though I purchased from them. They want the time to pass so they can make excuses. No one should buy from them; instead, buy directly from the airline because these third parties eat our money and make excuses so they don't have to give back. I asked the customer service person to transfer to the manager, and he refused to either he didn't want it, or the manager told him to do that. Hopefully, some read and take action on that and reach out to the employee who is doing this to give lousy customer service and is not engaging in resolving the issue. I also wish there was a manager or owner I could speak to about why they are worse.
Just imagine if you booked a flight with the WORST BOOKING AGENT EVER. What would that look like? Well, you need not look any further… JUSTFLY is just the crooked firm you're looking for! My experience left me feeling both financially and mentally abused after using their "service".
I booked a flight a month ahead of time and was told the flight was confirmed, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. So I called up to check and they said "don't worry, be patient". So I was, but three weeks passed by and I still haven't received a confirmation so called again, and again I got the same response "don't worry, be patient". I told them I was worried and they fobbed me off. I ended up calling them every day leading up to the flight, spending hours on the phone only to be told the same thing: "don't worry, be patient". It came down to the day before my flight and still the same answer: "Don't worry, be patient". Imagine the anxiety! You're supposed to be leaving the country on an important trip and they're smugly telling you it's fine, when it's not.
In my panic I realized these $#*!s were playing with me and bought another flight at great expense with a different airline (I couldn't book with the same airline as they had my name "registered but not confirmed" - which I can only assume means they hadn't paid the airline the money I paid them).
After all of this, 12 hours before my flight, Justfly finally got in touch to tell me that my flight was NOT CONFIRMED and that I couldn't have a refund, but instead they can give me credit. Needless to say I won't be $#*!ing with the charlatans again.
If all this sounds a little far-fetched, please read other reviews and you'll realize they're absolutely useless. I wish I had been more cautious. Can someone please do the world a favor and napalm this business.
Bought two tickets and they confirmed that we were entitled to a suitcase and a carryon. Everything was fine on the way to my destination, but on the way back they charged me for each bag (2) $45.00 per bag, which seems like a robbery on the part of this company. American Airlines told me that it was you as an agency that always did this to travelers. I need a refund ASAP.

Please be cautious; this company is a total SCAM, and their goal is to steal your money at all costs. They don't answer the phone, and if they do, their customer service is terrible—they aren't professional at all. They claimed on their website that language costs only $30 for the first suitcase and $40 for the second case, so I bought a ticket to go overseas. When I tried to pay for language through the airline, the pricing were completely inaccurate. The genuine prices for the first bag were $100 and the second bag was $150.
When I attempted to cancel only 2 hours after booking, I was charged a $200 cancellation fee.
They offered a 24-hour free cancellation policy on the day I purchased.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
