Bad bad company- will never use again- buying the ticket online was no problem- bought several months ahead of time, big flight Tampa to Beijing and back- a month ahead if time JetBlue canceled the final leg- I called to find a different flight- after 2 hours on the phone, finally got switched to late evening flight (needed afternoon flight)- a few days later never received confirmation if change, called, said it wasn't ready yet- called again a week later, on hold initially for over 30 minutes, after finally talking to a person, she said it wasn't confirmed yet, asked to speak to supervisor and was then confirmed- the people answering phones at JustFly are too automated and not helpful- this company is EXTREMELY difficult to work with- will never use them again

I made a reservation for myself, sister in law. They took my payment then cancelled our reservation. They told us it would take 10 days to fall back into our account. By now i dont have enough money in the account to buy all three tickets at once so we went on to reserve our tickets seperately. I reserved mine they took my payment and proceeded to cancel the reservation. They did the dame to my sister in law. Come to find out they had charged the first reservation TWICE! Now we no longer have money in the account to reserve our flight because it will take about 2 weeks to get it back. Our trip is ruined because by the time it falls back it will be 2 days before the trip and the tickets will cost double. On top of that the person i was speaking to in customer service kept telling me she didn't know what was going on and why it was hap panning but that the money never got to them i made a conference call between her and the bank and the bank confirmed the money had left my account and fallen into theirs. She proceeded to hang up on me after i waited 47 minutes on hold to speak to someone. I am furious. Do not use this company. Unreliable and unprofessional. I would have to write 4 reviews one for each reservation number they screwed up so they could address it all. RIDICULOUS!
I have traveled severaly with tickets l booked through JustFly. One of such trips was my trip to Liberia originally booked for 5th December 2016. Although I and my wife finally traveled on the 6th, it was not. A pleasant experience. I missed my original flight due to traffic accident ahead on our way to the airport. I called the airline to alert them in course of the delay on the road. Fairly they took off before we reached the airport. But I was exploited and made to pay heavily to the tune of almost another ticket to qualify for the next day's flight instead of the asking me to pay only the penalty fee and confirmed for the next flight. That was unpleasant and painful.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
