JustFly is the cheapest website I could find. I have looked in many places and this one is far the best. Other websites do have similar features as JustFly but it was just faster and easier to navigate with my eyes. Everything is very clear, not many unnecessary ads, quick responses. This was my first time using JustFly and I will definitely look for my next flight in here. I have recommended it to my friends as well.
Once I found the flight I wanted it easy as 123 to book my trip. Ev even when I had to cancel one of the flight it was easy
I had to pick flight 3 times. Either the flight was not available or the price had changed each time I picked. There seems to be a delay between the updating of posted flight prices and the actual prices.

I Found a cheap flight and other websites had that same flight more expensive. The check out process was fast and easy. This is my second time using this site and I'm very statisfied.
The wholè online procedure was very easy step by step. I used my I phone and the process was very smooth.
After purchasing my ticket I called back within the hour when I noticed I had selected the wrong seat choice. I called to see if I could make the seat change and I was informed that because it had already been processed I no longer could. I thought that was not right. I did not want to make any other changes just a different seat selection
I was surprised at how user friendly the site is and how quickly it found me a round trip ticket for less than any other site I had checked out. I kept thinking there would be some kind of gimmick at the end of booking the tickets but there wasn't and I got mt e tickets immediately which was very cool!
We flew with them before and it was fine. This time we booked our tickets to Europe and showed up to the airport. Turns out your passport needs to be valid for 3 months after your return. We never received the email notification we should have. We even logged all the passport information into the login and never got any alert or notice at all. They accepted our passport information and we did not get a single notice of any kind.
At the airport we were turned away and told to call justfly. After being on the phone for 2+ hours Justfly said there was nothing they could do. No refund. No transferring the tickets. Nothing. We could buy new tickets but ours were useless. I know I should have researched passport law but shouldn't they have notified me or allowed me to reschedule with a fee of some kind? Very disappointed! Will not be using this website again after seeing what happens when things don't go as planned.
Good staff and great flight deals. I called in to get help on my recent online booking and staff was a great help they helped me get the best deal. Also extremely patient with my changes and supportive.

Great price and no issues with boarding passes or luggage. I purchased the seat 3 days before my flight and the price was about 600 dollars cheaper than any other website

Able to find a cheap flight on short notice. Booked flight and received confirmation. The thing I need to check on is seat fee. I thought it was included. It I was billed separately.
The prices are great, the website is just confusing sometimes. Perhaps there should not be so many Spirit airline options. Also, the seat selection fee sneaks up on you.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
