This is the first time that I used justfly to book my flight from Houston (USA) to Toronto (Canada). In fact my father in law who is a regular customer of justfly and loves their services, recommended me to use justfly. While I was searching for the best priced ticket for my travel on the web, I immediately found that the prices quoted by justfly were far far better than others. So, I am now convinced that I don't have to go on any other site but to justfly in future.
Just a military parent trying to go see her loved one his dates changed mine could not therefore I had to Forfeit one segment of my trip. Not your fault I realize however being a widow with limited income was hard enough paying for tickets then to purchase extra insurance just couldn't afford it.
Nothing really special, it was straight forward and to the point, I got what I paid for although the extra "fee" was kind of annoying, one star off for that.

I like how simple it is to book a flight with JustFly. I am also under the impression that I'm getting the best available deal and that is reassuring to me. I do wish they had an option that compared possible nearby destination cities, for example whether it would be cheaper to fly from LAX to SFO or San Jose.
The booking was just fine and easy. The problem was that JusfFly's posted info said we'd be able to choose our seats once we submitted our purchase. That was true for 3 of the 5 legs, EXCEPT that two of the legs required an additional payment to choose our seats, meaning, in order for my wife and I to assuredly sit together on a transatlantic flight, we had to pony up $70 additionally, both ways. I get that it's the airline and not JustFly, but I would have liked to know before committing. Additionally, on two legs of the trip, there was NO ability to choose seats. Again, it's the airline, I know. But don't tell me I can choose my seats after I purchase and only then tell me, "Oh wait, heh-heh, not really."
They overcharged me and had to call only to be told that i had to send my bank statement as proof like i was making things up. Horrible service
Saving money while having good access to up to date available seats. Also if compared with other services still provide a better pricing. This prove the site is successful especially when it is used over and over by the same loyal customers. My best wishes to the staff and supporters in their mission in the aviation industry.
I have purchased 4 tickets in the last 6 months and buying tickets is super easy and the rates are great. I personally did not like dealing with customer service not very hedlpful.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k

If you are booking through a travel agency, some airlines will not allow you to have access to your reservation on their website. In this case I would suggest reaching out to them directly if you have any concerns.
