SCAMMERS ALERT

I would give them a 0, no customer service and they are not helping you with any issues. Westjet is charging $100 to change a name and they are asking for $319, My father is ill and can not fly and they are not willing to divide a group of 4. Only advising that i can cancel all 4 tickets and get a penalty of $200 per passanger and airline penalty is $703. Basically penalty of $1500 which is the cost of 2 tickets.
BE AWARE DONT USE JUSTFLY OF FLIGHT HUB as they are a sister company. Pure scammers

They try to rob you with every move you try to do, they wont let you cancel or get credit for a partial of the ticket purchase. They are forcing you to cancel the whole thing that they can steal your money. Customer service does not exist as you need to talk to Mila an AI agent that is completely ridiculous.

DO NOT BOOK *******@justfly! 🚩 Worst customer service ever. There is NO ONE to talk to, just bots and lies. They are refusing to process a refund for a *******@qatarairways flight (PNR: CPHZBC) despite the airline's policy. Total nightmare. Save your money and stay away! 🤮

I am extremely disappointed with ITA Airways and JustFly regarding my recent booking. On November 12,2025, JustFly told me via email and live chat that one of my flights was cancelled. After 4 hours of messaging the only option was to request a refund.

I contacted them two days later (Nov 14) for an update and was only told the refund was pending.

Today I was told the refund had been denied since the flight is not cancelled. I did not receive communication about this and was not informed that the flight had been reinstated under a new number.

This miscommunication last week forced me to purchase alternative flights at my own expense, causing significant inconvenience to my travel plans.
JustFly is refusing to provide any support and I have only had a horrible experience with them.

I have screen recordings of the live chat showing I was explicitly told the flight was cancelled. I hope this post encourages others to not purchase with JustFly and ITA Airways

As a frequent traveler who has managed hundreds of airline reservations across multiple platforms, both official and online agencies, I feel it's important to share an experience that completely breaks with current industry standards. I made an international reservation through JustFly to fly with GOL Linhas Aéreas. Within minutes, I received the confirmation email, but more than 24 hours have passed and I still haven't received the e-ticket, nor does the reservation appear on the airline's website. This isn't an isolated case: the platform itself admits that issuance can take up to 4 days, which is unacceptable in an environment where automated issuance and real-time confirmation are the norm. At any other reputable agency, the e-ticket is generated in less than 5 minutes, even on international routes. Here, the process lacks traceability and transparency. Customer service responds cordially, but doesn't offer a real solution or provide insight into the exact stage of the ticket process. Most worrying is that if the customer decides to cancel due to the uncertainty generated by this delay, JustFly charges a penalty of $75 USD per passenger, under the concept of "refund management," even though the issuance has not yet been completed and the problem is not the customer's responsibility. This charge, in this context, is completely unjustified and represents an unethical practice. In short, although they may offer attractive prices, the operational risk and lack of immediate guarantees make JustFly an undesirable option for those who value security, agility, and reliability in their air bookings.

Biggest Crooks EVER

Had a special trip planned for my family to Phuket Thailand for our 25th wedding anniversary. 4 days before our departure, my wife's mother went into hospice care as Alzheimer's was eating her alive. I called justfly and they told me I needed a letter from his doctors. No problem, that is exactly what I did but Justfly would not accept it. Are you kidding me? They then tell me that I need to contact Qatar Airways, the airlines that they booked me though. Qatar told me that since I purchased through Justfly, I have to go through them. Now, just fly wants to charge me 1700. 00 in fees. No way I will pay that. I sent letters to our Attorney General and also have an attorney. Will not give up on this as all I want is a credit to fly in March.

I previously wrote a review but forgot to add that they ask you to pick a seat when you book your flight. I paid $20 each for 2 seats. I never got a seat assignment from the airline, and when I called Just Fly they told me the fee I paid was for a "seat request" but not a guaranteed seat! So I never got the seat! And they stole $40 from me!

Horrible experience. Our flight from st louis was canceled due to issues with United Airlines and Newark Airport. When I requested to change our flights, they booked us from Chicago, NOT St. Louis, and they now want us to pay an additional $200 per person to fix the mistake THEY MADE!. We have no other options but to cancel our trip and try to get our money back through the trip insurance. That is also through Justfly, so I am not optimistic about a satisfactory outcome. This business is dreadful to deal with, please look elsewhere for satisfactory results.

If you are reading this, I promise you as clear as I know my name to NOT booking your reservations via JustFly. It seems "cheaper" initially but it's NOT. You are better off going through the airline to purchase or Expedia or Booking.com. You are not able to speak to a representative 24 hours after booking and there is a fee to cancel, even if you do cancel within 24 hours that is not refunadable unless you book again. There is a fee for not only your seats, which appear cheaper when selecting, but in the end you have a "seat request" fee... like, wth is that and why!? ALso, I didn't even authorize the seat selection. I simply added them to see the overall cost, but never confirmed to process the payment. I woke up to a text from my husband asking what were these charges. I never approved them yet they were charged anyhow. Do not book via JustFly. This is my first and last time. I will never do this again.

Happened to me when I thought I was booking with Turkish Air and was intercepted by Just Fly. They told me I had 24 hrs to cancel and when I had a change of plans within 6 hrs they hit me with cancellation fees, etc. I couldn't cancel with AMX either. BEWARE OF JUST FLY! Share

I purchased tickets from JustFly in October for my husband and me to travel to Lima, Peru. We had been planning this trip for six months and carefully chose a Delta flight from San Francisco to Lima with only one layover in LAX. Since we are older, shorter flights are important to us. Additionally, I am visually impaired and rely on my husband during the trip. One day before our flight, my daughter attempted to check in on JustFly's website and received a message stating that our flight had been changed without any prior notification. They informed us that we had to modify our booking but assured us there would be no extra charges. They also mentioned that we would receive compensation for the change. Not knowing what to do, I decided to call a JustFly agent, who assured me that I needed to proceed with the change and that once I did, we would receive a refund for our original tickets. He even provided his direct number and email, guaranteeing that everything would be resolved. Trusting his word, my husband and I changed the flight. When we called back to confirm, they informed us that we would now be flying with LATAM instead of Delta and that we would not receive any refund because we had not purchased First Class tickets. I felt completely deceived by JustFly and strongly believe they reassigned our original Delta tickets to someone else. The worst part was their customer service. When I tried to express my frustration, the agent mockingly told us that if we weren't happy, we could cancel our flight. But then he added that if we canceled, we wouldn't receive our refund for at least two weeks, there would be a $500 deduction for canceling, and buying new last-minute tickets would be much more expensive. A complete scam. JustFly is an untrustworthy company with terrible customer service and highly questionable practices. I would not recommend anyone to buy tickets from them. One star is too much for this service.

I paid for my flight, got my confirmation number and seat assignment. I am supposed to fly today but when I tried to check in my seats were sold to someone else. All customer service could offer me was a refund, how does that help me on the day of my flight? Lesson, if you buy tickets, pay in full, get a confirmation, get seat assignments, there is NO Guarantee you will get what you paid for.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with JustFly. Despite purchasing my ticket well in advance, when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that JustFly had not paid for my ticket. This forced me to purchase a new ticket at a significantly higher price. To make matters worse, JustFly's customer service was unhelpful and evasive, refusing to take responsibility or expedite the resolution process, showing a blatant disregard for their customers' time and finances.

Their failure to adhere to DOT regulations further highlights their lack of accountability. I highly recommend avoiding JustFly and booking directly with airlines or more reputable travel agencies to save yourself from this kind of nightmare.

I booked a trip through JustFly.com from Atlanta, GA, to Manila, Philippines, expecting a smooth travel experience. Instead, it turned into the most stressful and emotional nightmare I've ever endured, all thanks to JustFly.com's incompetent and downright disrespectful approach to customer service.

Unresponsive and Useless Customer Service
Due to TSA delays, we missed our flight segment in New York. What should have been a simple rebooking turned into an unmanageable disaster. Trying to reach someone for help was like pulling teeth. First, we had to deal with a bot. Then, after wasting precious time, we were connected to an agent via text messaging. Yes, text messaging—for a situation this urgent.

This method of "assistance" was painfully slow and ineffective. By the time we could even begin addressing the issue, it was too late. We missed additional flight segments and lost the ability to use our return tickets entirely.

Abandoned and Stranded
With no help from JustFly.com, we had to take matters into our own hands. We ended up booking separate flights directly with an airline just to reach our destination in Manila. This added unexpected costs, emotional distress, and endless frustration to what should have been a memorable trip.

No Accountability, No Empathy
What infuriates me the most is JustFly.com's complete lack of empathy and accountability. There was zero urgency to resolve our issue, no apologies for their failures, and absolutely no attempt to make things right. They left us high and dry without any real solutions, proving they don't care about their customers.

Never Again
JustFly.com's piss-poor customer service, lack of accountability, and outdated processes make it a company to avoid at all costs. They left us stranded in New York, missed multiple flights, and forced us to incur additional expenses just to salvage our trip.

Do yourself a favor: book directly with an airline or use a reputable travel agency. JustFly.com is a disaster waiting to happen, and I will NEVER use them again. They have no business being in the travel industry.

Customer service is rude.

They charged me for a flight change i didnt not authorize and were super rude to me about it. I showed them screen shots and he agreed with me that i didnt approve it but said there was nothing he could do i had to ask over 50 times to speak with a manager and he kept asking why.

Yo hice una reservacion el dia 18 de ctubre2024 para italia y pague pasajes y asientos cuando estaba en el aerepuerto de roma para regresar a miami me dijeron que mis asientos de regreso no estaban tuve que pagarlos nuevamente al regresar me comunique con justfly y nadie sabe darme una respuesta sobre mi reembolso hasta el dia se hoy uno me dice llama a la aereolinea cuando me comunique con ellos me dijeron llama a jusfly volvi a llamar mande el recibo del pago en roma y nada conclusion perdi mi dinero y nadie tiene uba respuesta para esto mas nunca saco pasajes con ellos es una falta de respeto y el customer service pesimo te nandan de uno a otro asistente y nadie sabe nada ni te ayudan es un desastre total no los recomiendo a nadie para sacar vuelos.

Have used justfly for years and not had many issues except a canceled flight that they did not tell me about but later fixed it. I just bought tickets to cancun but before buying any, I saw that on their website they had tickets for $650 round trip. The dates were flexible but I wanted fixed dates. So I made a mistake and called their customer service. The rep I spoke to lied to me and told me that only one flight is available with only 4 seats left and it is $730 per person. A friend of mine just booked her ticket on the exact same flight so he lied. When trying to buy the tickets two days ago, I told him that I did not see that particular flight on their website. He gave me a bogus excuse that it's because the seats are almost full and only exactly 4 seats left. He then told me the total for 4 people including child was $2700. I approved the transaction. I got a receipt for $2900 instead. I called two days later when I saw the receipt to ask why the rep told me that per person was $730 but I was being charged $758. He told me to divide $2900 by 4 people and it is $730 per person and that my 6 year old son is being charged as an adult. I received an email with receipt showing that my 6 year old child ticket is 100 dollars less than what the reps were telling me and he was being charged as a child under 12. I was told that i passed the 24 hour window to cancel the flight so they said they won't give me a refund and cant help. One rep actually hung up on me mid sentence after he told me to divide the $2900 by 4 people and my 6 year old is being charged adult fees. They are a very dishonest company. I have never spoken to a representative till today but i now know they are shady. Stay away from them if you want piece of mind when traveling or book through them and hope for the best

Time waster

Bait and switch. They advertise lower prices then get all your information (including credit card) then after you hit Submit it's "Flight no longer available" then they suggest other flights that are more expensive or that are not available either. This has been going on for 2 years with Justfly and they have not improved. I've had other problems with their customer service also.
