Avoid this company, they issued incorrect tickets, in our case not including carry on luggage, and didn't do anything to correct it prior to my flights. It's taken several hours on their website trying to resolve with no resolution in sight. Until proven otherwise, I have to believe they do this on purpose as an extra money making scheme. Plus, no email or phone contacts, can only wait for hours and hours on their chat. Not sure how many hours of effort they expect me to put into fixing their mistake, maybe they think I'm working for them? Sure feels like I am.
This has been the most excuriating travel agency experience of my life. First of all, you can't reach them by phone. MY flight schedule changed and i was going to mss the connection so needed to cancel and I couldn't get anyone on chat for 5.5 hours! And they refused to call me. Now they're holding my money for 6 weeks despite the airline having released the funds. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. I wish I could warn the whole world.
What kind of travel company offers no phone service? There are lots of questions, emergencies, etc when it comes to travel and this company has very limited contact access. You can talk to an agent via messenger after about 10 min. Lousy service!
No one to talk to. They take your money and walk off. Customer Support is in hell... Sales are always ready for you, if you need them after you give your cc info you can knock on a wall.
I booked a flight. They changed the time later on. Causing me loosing all the flight then the canceled my return flight without my consent causing me to by another flight. They refuse to refund my money ($1300 an some change). At the end of the day, I end up spending over $1500 to get another flight. The don't even have a away to discuss with them over the phone. No where on website has a change fee of 200, until you're ready to cancel. On top of $100 airline fee which airline only charges $50. Cancellation fee is 50% of ticket price, is that even legal?

Have to cancel flights to Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel because of the Israel-Hamas war. Delta already agreed to full refund, but have to come to Justfly to finish the process. Guess what, no one picked up the phone when call *******015. Online agent asked me to wait two and half hours on Monday early afternoon. Have to wait for 30-min on Tuesday to finally access the agent online. The agent replied very slow, I was asked to wait for 5-7 minutes each time to go to the next step. Suddenly, another agent jumped in and asked what he can help me. After an hour, I had to go over the whole process again. This is the worst customer service experience.

Purchased a booking on United Airlines to Europe for about $800. Sent me a booking on Air France.
Paid $170 for an upgrade that includes cancellation refund and one free baggage. Booked me with 0 baggage, had to pay extra $150 to Air France for one bag. Total $1143.
Medical conditions mandated cancellation. No refund. Short credit of $742 for future travel with $400 in service fees and penalty in addition to future price difference upon rebooking. Rebooking have to be for the same destination with the same airline company to get a final credit of $342. I know they will rub the $342 credit with the next booking. So I will swallow the loss of $1143. Never will use them again.
Delta didn't charge for my seats but Justfly did, $95.84! Told them I couldn't walk far and had to choose seats close to the exit and they took advantage of me. Called Delta for a wheelchair and they said there was no charge for my window seats. This company is a real rip off. I hope this review helps somebody else from getting gouged by these bandits!
Stay away from just fly, they are lair. On the website says free cancellation within 12 hours but when I called to cancel they changed me $75 dollars. All websites has a policy cancellation within 12 hours except just fly. I am not happy at all.I wish I could give them 0 star.
If you don't have any problems a very good site. If you have a problem there is a concerted attempt on their part to make sure you cannot have any meaningful contact with them.
I booked a flight and purchased the protection. The flight was cancelled and I requested a refund within days after flight cancellation. Despite having purchased the protection they did not refund me. I had my credit card company reach out and they claim the flight flew on time. IT took almost 60 days to get that false claim. THen I attempted to reach out again and I am now passed the 60 day timeline so they wont refund. THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED and EVEN WITH PROTECTION I WAS DENIED A Refund. DO not make the mistake of booking with JUSTFLY. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! BUYER BEWARE!
I spent $1000 extra to fly Premium Economy from Chicago, Il to Denpasar, Indonesia. 5 months later I find out that I paid the extra for nothing. And they don't break down the fees wither. When I got my credit card bill, they were paid $857.32 out of a total $2307.97. They received more than half what the airlines (eva air) received. I can't reach anyone to talk to at Justfly and there's nothing I can do about it now.

I booked two tickets to Paris through JustFly. My booking number is 226-209-551. This was cancelled on the day of reservation (March 23,203). Justfly said that they will credit my credit card. Then I booked another flight from a different airline through justfly on the same date (March 23,2023). I am still waiting for my refund for the cancelled flight (October 2,2023). I called them many times and they promised a refund. The last time I contacted them, the representative gave me a run around as he said he cannot see my cancelled reservation. Just crooks! I will never book flights with them.
Trying to reach them either by text or phone is impossible. I've been on the phone for hours waiting for the customer service representative without success. I would not recommend booking through a third party like this, they are none responsive, too stressful if you ask me. I will not use them in the future. I booked the flight one month ago. I purchased the protection insurance Generally Global assistant to cover my trip and my baggage. The first price was reasonable at the beginning then at the end of the application the price was significantly increased. I did pay full price including $13and $76 protection plan. During this month the company already change twice my flight time. Yesterday they changed and informed me that my flight will be changed again. It was really inconvenient for me. I contact with Justfly.com they didn't have anymore options except it. They offer me to change the flight paying additional fee $299. I was afraid that will be not the end of my deal with Justfly.com since they constantly bragging about additional money. I am a handicap person and I need a special needs and enough time between flights. My protection plan was included refund of my flight. When I called to the insurance they informed me that I just paid for a baggage protection $2.50. I try to explain that's not true and on my invoice was charged $12.95 for baggage and $76 for flight protection. Agent could not help me at all. I will never use the Justfly.com anymore. They are big name scam.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
