Justfly has used the Covid crisis to manipulate fees, overcharge rebooking, and not refund money. My summer trip to Iceland, Norway and Czech Republic they not been refunded my flights even though Norwegian air has said all tickets were refundable. They then charged me a $35.00 fee on the Icelandicair flight and wouldn't allow any of the "flight credit" to be used for anything but the exact flight. When I tried to use that flight credit for a round trip ticket to the same location, Justfly said they would not allow that credit to be used. I have in the past used Justfly for about 20 flights both for business and vacation. Will never again use them as they have cheated and manipulated this pandemic for profits rather than being loyal and helpful to their customer base.
The entire process was really good, no doubts, at the beginning I had in my mind that my booking was going to be a very tired experience like the ones that I experienced with other companies, but At the end of the entire process I delighted with that service.
When I fly I like to keep things quick and easy. This did it for me. Great job team

Was able to find the cheapest flight on the internet through just fly.com. Site is user friendly and it took less than 5 minutes to book my flight. Have used just fly in the past and will use again in the future.

I had 4 tickets to PerĂº, because of the pandemic the company Interject didn't gave me the services for jun24 my travel day. Jun 6th justly offered me to get my refund back for $140 more. I accept it. And since then they do not answer to me phone calls or mails, absolutely nothing. Please if this is your case, do not pay any more money to this company.

I purchased 4 tickets to Hawaii in January. Because of Coviid, the government is shutting down travel to Hawaii. Instead of receiving a refund, they fought me for travel credits that I could only use to go back to Hawaii expiring next year. The whole trip is off since it is impossible for my family to go next year. I contacted the airline and they said I am eligible for a full refund and that JustFly is ripping you off. After spending around 10 hours on the phone with JustFly, they kept telling me that the airline will not authorize the refund. Everytime I called the airline, they said it was eligible for a refund. The last employee I talked to said I could not get a refund. I told him he needed to call the airline right now and talk to them. He came back on the line and said he was finally able to get in touch with the airline and told me he could get a refund started. Instead of saying " I will see what I can do to help", they just kept saying "No refund no refund allowed" then finally " Yes actually we can". How ridiculous. I have not received a confirmation of this in writing. Also, there was a $140 charge left on my credit card, which I am assuming is for the "cancellation". I did not authorize this, nor was I told about this in the hours I spent on the phone with JustFly. I am disputing the charge with my bank. I will never buy a ticket from JustFly again.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
