I went home to Calgary this summer and I needed to book a flight ASAP. This is my first time to book online, I usually do it with my local agent. Apparently, they had to close shop because the owner needed to fly for the summer as well, but that's a different story.
Anyway, this is how I discovered JustFly. I really did not know what to do at first, thank goodness they have their 1-800 number on the website. So, I dialed the number and the agent on the other line was able to help me book a round trip ticket.
JustFly is the best and they made my summer awesome.
I tried Justfly.com when I was looking for an affordable flight to the outback. I can say so far that they are the best travel agency that I've encountered. The booking procedure is swift and the website is very user friendly, unlike other websites, where I need to click a lot of links before I get to the information I needed.
My Australian trip was memorable thanks to them. I called them prior to my flight and they provided all the additional information that I needed.
Add to that, their call center was very accommodating. Honestly, I had initial hesitations when I dialed their toll-free number because of the negative reviews about their customer support. However, Cathy, the agent on the other line, proved those reviews wrong.
I think some negative reviews about the website were just overrated. Keep up the good work guys!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
