Great value and awesome service. I only fly with Justfly! Price alerts are extremely helpful. I tell all my friends and family to download the app and start packing.
I used JustFly to buy my tickers to Orlando and back. I got my electronic tickets, no problems. This is the second time I used Justfly to buy my roundtrip tickets, no problems. I'll use again.
I am almost happy with Just Fly. I regularly use Sky Scanner. For some of the dates I have found that Just Fly rates are better than Sky Scanner. Only down side is the time it is taking to process the request. For one of my reservations, by the time it processed the rates varied and it didn't go through. I had to rebook my flight for higher price

My first call was to change the time of my flight, I was charged 403 dollars on top of my already high 450 dollar flight to charleston nc. So now, to go a 2 hour round trip flight my airfare ran me over 800 dollars. I was upset, but blamed myself for not taking the proper precautions when booking.

5 days after I booked my change, and they charged my cc, they call to tell me there is an additional 40 dollar fee. No phone calls prior or emails to explain any of this. I was quoted a price and told it would go through immediately when I had originally called. When asked to talk to a supervisor, they said they couldn't help me. I call back. My new operator tells me the fee is now 50 dollars. In 10 minutes, I was losing more money to this scam. When I tried to debate, my call conviently was "lost". I called back, they now wanted a 40 dollar fee and the difference in the price of the flight that I was told was already booked 5 days prior! So they now wanted 243 dollars plus a 40 dollar unknown fee.
This site is a complete scam. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere unless they want to deal with a financial

My son received his first set of wings and his name was announced over the speaker (although he had fallen asleep). The flight attendants made the world of difference!
Just fly has the most dependable price. However, I wish that there's an option to purchase bag during the process.

I went to justfly.com and wanted to book a flight to helena Montana from Seattle it said my ticket would be $139 with all taxes and fees included but upon checking out and paying it was actually $280 with fees that is alot of money I needed but had to get to Montana
I booked for me and my sister for Toronto, Canada. When I reviewed my entries it looks good. After I confirmed the purchase my sister's name is incomplete. I hurriedly called just fly. They told me to cancel the trip and rebook but told me the flight might not be there anymore. I panicked. Customer service calmed me down and told me that he will help me rebook and find out if same trip available. I was relieved and happy when rebook was finalized with same flight. That was a very efficient customer service.
I am traveling with my children, i was told yo call the airline to choose ny seats. I called the airline, they told me to call justfly and change to main cabin. I called justfly, they told me they do not hace access to seating to call the airline back. I went through this runaround all day and still am not satisfied with the customer svs or the end results. I will not use justfly again.

In certain cases, the airlines might not make their seat-map available until closer to departure. In these situations, we would recommend that you contact the airlines if you require a specific seat on the plane.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
