This is the worse booking site ever found in life. Trying over a two months now to book an international flight, each time I tried, error message would always pop up: one flight is missing, it's really an absolute mess.
I wasted a whole lots of time conversing fruitlessly with the customer service and flight reservation unit for assistances.
I will never recommend them!
We booked what was supposed to be an Economy ticket with just fly. Turns out it is Economy Light when you get to the website for the carrier and adds an extra $150 for baggage. The website is, in my opinion, purposely incorrect. Watch out!

I booked a flight for international after 30 mins I spoke to my husband and I accidentally booked a different origin. I'd Been on the phone for the last several hours and no one answer your call. I had to cancel our flight instead because otherwise they will charge me the full amount after 24 hrs of booking! They are thieves! Charging a $75 per person in less than 2hrs is totally bull$#*!! They will not give you refund! Never ever I will book in this site! No consideration at all! If I can give them a -0 definitely I will!
They are a fraud company. They never refunded me my money. Avoid them at all cost. My flight got canceled by them and even though I payed $300 to get my 2 tickets canceled and get my refund. They only ended up refunding half the amount and they never refunded the whole amount. They don't answer my calls. They are the worst ever.
I recently made a flight reservation with Justfly.com. I originally wanted to come back to Anchorage, AK from Seattle, WA on a Monday, but Justfly.com scheduled me to return on Sunday. I contacted their customer service team and was given very professional and speedy service. I was able to get my reservation cancelled with a refund of the purchase price and then was able to get a new flight booked that coordinated better with my travel plans. They did a great job helping me resolve this matter. Justfly.com was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

Bought tickets. 24hours later canceled my flight but would sell me the exact same flight for $400 more. Avoid
I bought a ticket through them when Delta Airlines was offering full refunds for cancellations. Just fly refused to refund me my money when I had to cancel my flight. The only reason I bought through them was because for some reason Delta did not have the seats available anymore, but Just Fly did. Unfortunately, they first refused to give me a refund or future flight credit. After I questioned why they were not honoring the no cancellation fee that Delta was offering, they gave me a credit for future flights. I have been trying to rebook with this so called credit and they can never find a flight available. I have tried calling several times and I'm either put on an eternal hold or they ask to call back unless you're flying in the next 72 hours. Their prices are not cheaper than purchasing through the airline itself. Do not buy through them. It is not worth the hassle.
I've never dealt with a company so bad the customer service people you can hardly understand what they're saying, i've waited seven months for a refund know they want five months bank statements and they say they're opening inquiry i've never been jerked around so much in my life I will never deal with this Company ever again, four hours on hold listening to the same music
Couple times i booked flight and it worked. But during covid in 2021 Airline cancelled the flight, justfly never updated the cancellation. I had paid cancellation fee and still never received the refund. They never answer the customer care for cancellation or refund. If you call for new booking they answer less than a minute but tell you we can't help you as this is not our department. I tried to get my money back through credit card company, but they charged me back. So guys never book through justfly they rob you 2nd or 3rd time.

We spent $6,000 on airfare for a family vacation to South America. We purchased insurance for all tickets and COVID was listed as being covered under the insurance. Our son tested COVID positive the day before our flight. We cancelled our flight through JustFly's cancellation link, submitted his positive PCR test from the airport, along with a doctor's note on hospital letterhead, and a note from the school nurse with a positive pooled COVID test. "Phil" of JustFly refused to reimburse us because the Jetport didn't provide a QR code for the positive test result. He asked for a doctor's note, which we also provided on hospital letterhead with the PCP's DEA and NPI number in the signature. We provided everything they requested and they still wouldn't refund us.
Justfly is not able to cancel my 205-912-781 booking number and book me on a new flight. I have been trying to change my flight for over 2 months. After i get off the calls with pleasant associates who take all right data for my change, i still get email i am booked on my original canceled flight. I have been charged triple the cost of my original flight. Still dont have right conformation of booking and not sure if i can actually fly. Would never ever book over justfly again. Countless hours on the phone and confusing website guidance that doesn't allow you to choose a new flight, but makes you call customer service only to never actually make a change, its beyond frustrating.
We had to rebook our tickets from 2020 to 2021 and then again to 2022. We now got notification of our flight and the dates were from 2021. When we called them, they side winded us saying our credit expired. There was no credit. There were plane tickets that were rebooked. Not one time did anyone take responsibility for the screw up. Our trip to Ireland that we have been waiting for our whole live has been ruined by this company! I had e ticket numbers the airline said never existed. This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with in my life! They refuse to acknowledge we paid them over $2,300 dollars and $700 in rebooking fees for the last two years and then say they will investigate it. It is impossible to talk to a human and their customer service agents barely speak English. This place should be shut down for legal fraud and breach of contract. How do you take people's money and not complete the service? It is theft to the most degree. There are thousands of reviews from people saying the same thing has happened to them. This company completely destroyed a life long dream to travel to Ireland!
I book a one way ticket to Canada through Justfly.com for Westjet. Ticket said eligible for seat choice. A week later I got email from Justfly Saying that "you are eligible to request seat". So I follow the link and pick my seat. Website did not ask me to put credit card or authorize for paying for seat request. I thought it free and come with flight ticket. I found out that they charge me $38 extra through the credit card that I used to book my flight. So they just keep my credit on file and charged whatever they want. I called them request refund for seat choice they said can not refund. I called airline Westjet they pull out my reservation, told me that my ticket is premium ticket and eligible for seat choice at no cost. This is ripped off and my credit card information is not safe since it can be charge without I authorize. Then I want to change my flight it cost handling fee ridiculous, plus extra change fee while airline does not charge change fee. Be aware for this website.
I booked a flight in 2020 that was cancelled due to Covid-19... I was told that I would get airline credits and that they would not expire. Apparently they do expire, rather quickly. I tried to use them recently and was denied. I called the company and sat on hold for over 2 hours! (the credits were over a $1500 value). The agent I spoke with was incredibly rude and refused to let me use any of the credits and said that they expired. This company is an absolute joke and I would not use them again for any reason. Get it together and learn not to screw people over in a pandemic. The people working here really should learn to communicate and understand their booking/cancellation policies before telling people the wrong information because now I am out $1500. Get it together, I am disgusted.

Stay away from this company! That's our experience. Last minute change of the flight to a different airline, changes in luggage conditions and despite payment no bag assist (still pending... but paid in full) and their support agency says: not our problem contact airliner we are just a booking company and after booking our support ends (talked to Adam and filed for a complaint 591.292). Whole trip costed me in addition 200USD more at the airport. Hidden fees... Thank you justfly for wrecking our holiday!
We booked through Justfly in 11/21. Our flight from Dublin to LAX was cancelled in 12/21 and we were never notified. We only found out 3 days before the flight when we tried to check on our flight. Justfly appears to have no idea our flight is cancelled. We had to find another flight at higher price
