Bad customer service. Been on hold for 31 min and get disconnected. After 28 min on the second call my issue still not resolved. Then I was waiting for supervisor for 14 min.
After talking to Vic(ID#6031) for another 18 min, explaining him, asking for help he start read their policy with robotized voice, which absolutely doesn't apply for my situation.

I was able to find all the flights I needed for my trip to kansas city. I could leave and return ehen I needed to at the best price.
Very easy site to navigate and it was also easy to book my flight. I like that all of the flight information, including the departure and arrival date/times is all displayed on one page.

Fairly simple to use. Daily quotes were nice to keep updated with pricing. Would recommend to a friend for use. However, only showed limited airlines for pricing.

I purchased the Insurance and our tickets say no insurance. Also not being able to reserve seats is awful. I don't know what baggage costs. Not being able to pay for bags and seats up front is not ok.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
