Very quick transaction and easily searched, arranged and booked. Prices competitive to other sites and quick confirmation after booking.

I had more then enough choices for direct flight from the airport I preferred.
Booking was easy and fast with no payment problems. Confirmation of booking arrived at once

Pros: notifications about prices up or down and $ amt of increase or decrease daily
Easy site to use and purchase tickets.

Cons: may not matter to some people but some pretty important restrictions on the ticket. Wish they would disclose the restrictions Before you purchase the tickets.

It was easy to book a flight and to access the website. Making the reservation and printing out my e-ticket was very convenient. Thank you.

I got routed to justfly.com through kayak. As they had the lowest fare for where I wanted to go. My only complaint and the reason why I am giving it 4 out of 5 points is that the prices ended up being slightly higher. Not a big deal as the difference was only 20$ but it defeated the whole point of shopping for the lowest fare.

The process was easy, convenient and really fit my schedule! The price was right, too! This isn't the first time I've used justfly.com, and it won't be the last.

Booked a flight through Kayak that linked to the Justfly booking portal - price was very competitive (25% better than on the airlines webpage), booking went through and I immediately received a very tidy and easy to read/print confirmation email listing flight details, cost and booking ref codes

They would send me emails with better deals whenever one was available! I ended up getting the a flight which had just two seats available

Entered a different departure date to check on a price but had to exit the site and start over to get back to the original date

Very cheap flight, paid the extra for idle seats that weren't assigned at the gate. Overall, not bad but I am flying to Thailand in 2 weeks and hope I am in the seats assigned at checkout.

This site helped me find the cheapest flight at the time I wanted. It was quick and easy. I like the fact that you can mix and match departure and return flights depending on rates and times.

I was very pleased with the ease of use and the low cost fares I was able to identify. However, there were limitations that were not revealed until after my purchase (and, yes, I did read the fine print).
