Easy to navigate and book. The scrolling through several of the same flight info was annoying. Would like to see layover times be more visible.
I booked a round trip ticket from NY to Düsseldorf via British airways. I had to cancel that ticket after a week of purchase(still have 29days to fly). They charged me $300 for cancelation plus $150 for their service. If your chance of traveling isn't 100% Don't book ticket from this guys!

A lot of nice features made picking flights a breeze. Comparing flights and finding deals is an automatic thing, and it certainly saves a lot of hassle compared to doing it manually.
It went efficiently. The screens were responsive and easy to fill out. The restrictions on the flight were spelled out. The only thing we had to check on was the cost of checked baggage, so we had to go to the United site for that, but it wasn't difficult.
The fights are cheap and easy to book and the deals after on hotels and places to stay are the same easy to find a book.
I have yet to fly but the booking was easy. I also received the e- ticket and seat assignments

My experience with justfly has been free of glitches and worries so far. This will be my second flight with them so far good. I flew from Tallahassee to Atlanta and back and I like it. The big test will be my Portland trip. I had zero problems checking in at the airport and I loved it. Will definitely recommend this site to friends and family.
