The site was easy to navigate and use and allowed me to easily make the best decision and get a great deal for my flight.

It was quick n easy to book. Just need to add carry on luggage. They need to get rid of there restrictions.

If you book through any airline directly, you are entitled by the law to cancel your flight within 24 hours. Howeverr, Justfly only gives you 4 hours to cancel your flight. I would never use JustFly anymore, because of this.

Booking agencies like hotels.com are offering exceptional cancellation policies. That's the reason they thrive! Justfly wants to do their business by making customers' experiences harder? What a shame!

I booked the wrong date on my flight and didn't realize it until my daughter called 30 minutes later and told me. I couldn't change the flight and read that I needed to call in. The agent was great. I cancelled the flight for a full refund and was able to book the correct flight the second time. The 4 hour cancellation policy was a godsend for me this time. I will try to book all of my flights with JustFly. Very Satisfied.

Needed an international flight was able to get times and dates that I needed at a very good price.
Only problem was not being able to pick seats on all flights.

The website was much more user friendly and provided quicker sorting of dates, destinations, and rates than any other site I have used in the past. The rates for the trip I am taking was much less expensive than other sites as well. I will use JustFly as my go to travel assistance site going forward.

Lowest prices I've seen in a while, and I travel frequently. I've become so used to using the "other" site-think "notwire", but it seems as if their pricing is closely comparable to booking direct through the airline sites, which doesn't have any benefit. Needless to say, I will be using THIS site again!

Paid way too much for flight on site. Also did flight over the phone and was book twice. Also on change tickets cost was to high for a system mistake. I put in for a ticket for 6/29 and the find cheapest flight. It pick Aug. The 29th. Unknown to me after checkout.
