Our family booked atrip to bali in March for a trip in july. Justfly cancelled when I called in to confirm and said that I would get a refund in a couple weeks. The cancellation caused major stress and frustration and still after 12 plus weeks I get this email. Dear Valued Customer

We paid over 6000 in March that is close to$1400 a person whereas the same trip cost over 5000 in July. You wondered why the flimsiest excuses were used to cancel our trip.
I purchased two tickets and after two days I got the confirmation and money was taken out 5 days after I checked my bank account and the money was returned so I called just fly and they said it's been canceled so after back and forth for 1/2 hr they said they can't do anything and the tickets has been canceled so I went and bought another tickets on Monday I realized they took the money out of my account again so I called again and they said oh no your tickets was not canceled now I have 4 tickets so I told just fly to refund my money but again who did you speak with and all does stupid questions and they said that I never called
So I called my cc company and claimed my money. So never ever deal with just fly they are corrupt company never ever dealing with them
WE HAD 5 TICKETS TO NY FOR OCT. 2,2022 AND RETURNING ON THE 8TH. ONE OF THE REASON THEY HAVE ON THEIR SITE FOR A FULL REFUND IS JURY DUTY. WELL, I WAS CALLED FOR JURY DUTY FOR OCT. 4,2022. I booked my round-trip ticket from DTW to SFO at 3am on 10/13/2022 from Just Fly website, Before I paid the ticket, I triplicate checked the "Review Your Trip Detail & Book", it showed me that Baggage allowance "carry on: included for free" for both Delta and Frontier airlines. After I made the payment and then received the Delta and Frontier airline confirmation number, I went to Delta and Frontier airlines website to check my reservation trip, the Baggage allowance was changed from "carry on: included for free" to "carry on: $56" on Frontier airlines. At 10am on 10/13/2022 (after 5hrs. I booked the ticket) I called the Just Fly customer service and pointed out -the Baggage allowance posted on their company website was different from the Frontier airline website, the representative was very rude and was repeating: "our website doesn't have any problem, we don't have any problem……", when I said "I need to return the ticket", the representative told me:" you need to pay the return handling fee…". This company uses misinformation to lead customer making wrong decision and have customer to take the consequences. This was my first time to buy ticket from Just Fly, I will never buy tickets from this company, because I had awful experience to deal with them and can't trust this company anymore!

I purchased a flight through justfly while i was in Jamaica and after they took my money I realized that the departure city was incorrect. I contacted justfly and also emailed them about the error same. A representative contacted me but after she got the information about what happened the phone went dead, not sure if she hang up deliberately but she didn't call back. I called them again and the price that they want to give me was three times more than what I paid and they also refused to change the departure city. I realized after that it must be a set up where the computer change it so you can purchased another flight. Scammer and frontier airline. Very bad experience and I didn't get my money back.
Justfly is the biggest scam out there. I booked flights to Australia and they canceled the flights the next day and then took our money. They said the funds were pending and it would get refunded in 2 days. Now the payment has gone through our bank and it is 10 days later and we still have not received our funds back

This company is a trash, you will lose your money if you buy to them. This is the worst experience ever buying a flight
Terrible customer service experience and been lied to they were not able to help me with my last name changed kept having me calling america airlines telling me they weren't able to help me only the airlines I called the airlines and they stated only just fly is the one who can make changes they lied to me saying they couldn't make changes for more than 3 letters that was a big lie! I was told that this company is only out to still money from the consumers once you book they won't help you with any changes and you loose your flight! They are scammers and never will I book through them again and will let everyone know to be aware of this company!
I tried on multiple occasions to reach out and get clarification about a name change request and had trouble reaching anyone. When I finally heard back and requested my name change, they took a WHOLE WEEK to respond, and just to deny my request! With no explanation. Now leaving me stuck with what to do with only a few days left until my international flight. On top of that, the form stated it would be only $35. They sent me a quote for $75 + their regular fees. Just completely unsatisfied now
Never use Justfly.com! They scammed us. Losing our money was bad but stranding my family in Africa was far worse.
Here is what actually happened to us:
We booked flights for three people from Nairobi WIL to Lamu LAU using the Justfly.com web service. When we arrived arrived at the airport we discovered:
1) The flights we paid for do not exist.
2) No airlines operating out of Nairobi Wilson airport fly to Lamu at the time shown on our itinerary. Not now and not at any time this year.
3) Three airlines fly from that airport (WIL) to our destination (LAU). None of those air had any records showing our names.
4) All three airlines we talked to had relationships with Hahn Air, but none of them had any information about us on their Hahn Air connections.
5) The flight numbers provided on our itinerary are fictitious. No flights with those numbers depart from WIL. No flights depart from that airport at that time.
6) the confirmation number provided to us did not register with the web link that was provided to us for check in.
7) our calls to the customer service number provided by Justly.com we're not answered and we have had no response to our emails to *******@justfly.com.
The only explanation I can think of for the rating now showing on Sitejabber is that Justfly must be scamming their ratings with its own false reviews.
I booked a 1st class flight from HNL to BDL in June for October 18. When I started, I had 2 - 40 minute layovers. The airline booking changed to an 8 hr, 27 minute layover on a flight that takes 14 hours from start to finish. I tried changing the flight and they told me to call the flight insurance folks who in turn told me I need to deal directly with JustFly. What a mistake. As it turns out, Delta has a flight a day earlier that would have been more fitting, but, JF would not allow me to change without going through hoops around insurance.
They are thief I will never use their service. Poor customer service too. I canced my flyt before a week. But they didn't want to return the money back. Even one of the represtative hangd of the phone while I was talking to him I was polite. I gave you one star because no alternative to give you_0
They canceled my flight due to covid and sent me a voucher. This voucher didn't work. I kept receiving an error on their website. I tried to call them multiple times. After 30-40 mins on hold, I was picking the "call me back" option. I never got my callback. It lasted for 6 months, then I gave up
JustFly claimed to have booked my return flight. I even had an itinerary. Yet when I checked with the airline near the departure date, there was no return flight and I had to deal directly with the airline (United - they were great). When I tried to reach JustFly, it was literally impossible. Do not use JustFly.

They gave a different email for the airline so I wasn't able to make online check in/ordering bags. And they kept on telling me that there is a problem with the system and they can't help me...
I recently booked a flight to Costa Rica from Central Florida and bought their travel insurance. After my doctor appointment I found out that I have to go into the hospital for a procedure as I have a liver disease and was in intensive care for a week one year ago with internal bleeding. My doctor ordered me to stay close to the hospital here and said it was too dangerous for me to fly anywhere right now away from here. I had to cancel and the flight insurance they sold me is useless. They have made me jump through so many hoops that I did not anticipate. They now want a signed letter from the doctor on his letterhead detailing when my problem first happened, etc. I sent them the form with the date of my procedure but they say it is not enough proof. This is fraud and I thing the government should shut these insurance scams down. I have experienced this before and if you finally get them to pay, it is some portion of what you paid just enough to get rid of you. Bottom line, don't buy travel insurance!
Since my initial review of JustFly.com I have received additional charges for a "No Show" fee, which I am contesting. Nearly 6 months after settling the first dispute, which it appears to be in retaliation. It took more than 6 months to get a 90% refund of the $1667, and that was directly from the airlines and not JustFly. They got the $235+ for the cancellation but weren't Satisfied apparently. We'll see what happens next, AG is working on it.

Due to a death on the family, my brother died suddenly, I had to change my flight to Brazil from September 01 to August 09 and on this change, the agent made a mistake. Half hour later when I realize it, I call the Justfly again, they were investigating the error and would contact me. After 2 weeks, back to USA, I call Justfly, because nobody called me and realizing their mistake, they agree to return just some part of the money. Besides all the time that I spent with them on the phone, transferring me from places to places, not speaking very much English and telling me lies, as if the LATAM was responsible for it and NO, I got the ticket from Justfly, they made the mistake. Next time, I will call the company directly, not Justfly. Lesson learned! Don't use this company. They will not assume their mistakes and you will pay for it! I ended paying more than the original ticket. Would been better if I had got a new ticket!
Justfly is a SCAM! Take down their website. Block them so they stop harassing people and waste their valuable time with their fake flights and prices. Their website list the cheapest prices for flights just collect your personal information and waste your valuable time! Do not trust justfly. They are fake!
