There is no way to find out what flight class that customers will receive before they paid money. Some customers want to use their personal flight numbers while they fly with other companies, but there just no flight class for customers to know whether the flight they booked has correct flight class to credit their personal flight number

Destination dates has been changed

The advantage of Jusfly are good prices of air tickets. But while when something happens the service is unacceptable! My departure was changed 2 days earlier. Many conversations with Justfly representatives/ there were international calls at my expense/ nothing changed. All of them politely promised to do something and answer in 48 hrs - but never did! Complete customer ignorance! I I wasted my time, money and health!

Disappointed

Customer service is useless - they processed my flight to Bangkok - issued an itinerary with seat reservations - which were supposed to be at a premium - but when contacted - no seat reservation exists - when asked to refund - they insist on a cancellation fee - even though this all occurs over a 3 day period and i paid extra for extended cancellation. Total ripoff. Never use them again.

Worst experience ever.

I am really having a hardtime with Justfly. Feel like why i booked tickets from them. Vayama is much much better than them. Justfly even charges you for booking the seats in advance which nobody else does.
My son got sick & i had to change my travel date. My ticket was booked from Justfly & my wife & son's ticket was booked by Vyama.com. I called up Justfly & they advised me to pay $370 for their fees. Vyama did the same for just $50 which is like 1/6th of what Justfly charged me.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As a travel agency, we do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions. Depending on the travel agency, we are subject to our own terms and fees, but all agencies must still follow airline fare rules and charge their change fee.

As per checking the fare rules of the ticket, you were charged $150 by JustFly to make the change plus and additional $220 Etihad Airways change fee.

JustFly initially declined to fully refund a ticket cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. After being on hold and given the run around on a series of calls, I called the airline directly and they of course were fully refunding all flights interrupted by the Hurricane. Confronted with this information, JustFly gave the refund credit, but kept 15%. I had major damage due to the hurricane and did not need this grief. I consider these folks totally unethical. DONT USE THEM.

As per checking, we see the full amount of the ticket was processed for refund. The only thing that was not processed for refund is our Extended Cancellation Policy and our Seat Assignment fee. These 2 fees are usually non refundable but due to the circumstances, we have agreed to refund both these fees. Please allow a delay of 2-10 business days to receive this refund. The total amount is for $31.94.

A complete rip off and scam

Bought ticket and knew that it wasn't refundable; however, it gave me the option of canceling for $75.00 and I would receive a "credit" for the price I paid. When you decide to actually use the credit (mine was $153.00) they actually BUMP up the prices so you end up paying many times more than what they're offering the if you just go to the same damn site and search for the same ticket. COMPLETE SCAM. In my case it was either pay $200 on top of my $153 credit for the same ticket I could simply buy through JustFly.com for $144.00

RESPONDING TO BS JUSTFLY.COM - SO PLEASE TELL ME WHY I WOULD FREAKING PAY $75 TO CANCEL FOR A FREAKING WORTHLESS CREDIT? I WOULD HAVE JUST LET THE STUPID TICKET GO AND NOT CANCEL. THE CREDIT WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS, I WOULD HAVE USED THAT DAMN 75 TOWARDS A TICKET FOR $144 FROM YOU GUYS INSTEAD OF PAYING $75 FOR A $153.00 CREDIT THAT IS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AND YOU $#*!S ARE EVEN LISTED IN THE BBB AND THEY WARN.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. When you cancel a ticket and are eligible for a credit, we must price out the ticket as if we are processing an exchange. On top of JustFly fee, there is also airline penalty at the time of reissue. Since you cancelled the ticket using our Self Serve portal online, these fees were mentioned before you agreed to cancel. When a credit is issued, it is like we are exchanging the ticket, so we must book in the same class of service or higher than the original booking. There can be times online fare is lower than the new fare quoted because fares online are typically for new reservations only.

Do not book with them specially going to Africa. They will show you a nice trip, take your money and later wait few more days and change your trip knowing that you cannot cancel it any longer. Then you call customer service and get the same lady who talks to you like you are a dummy and keep saying that it is the flight you booked. I have both emails and both trips so I know what I paid for.

Then you asked for a refund and they say 6 to 8 weeks so you can't go anywhere else.
That lady Whatever her name was is not nice at all. And she lies on top of that stating that I booked the flight this way.
This just fly company is a rip off. How can you schedule someone to stay overnight in a country they don't know with a child and not give them the choice to go somewhere else. And I am pregnant and Togo is not secured at all with the fight they had.

Hurricane Irma wiped out St. Martin (and airport). I had to cancel my trip for obvious reasons. JustFly charge me $300 cancellation fee. I challenged the fee and asked for a refund considering the WELL DOCUMENTED situation. Got the run around about not their problem. I don't think the CSR even knew about the Hurricane or where St. Martin is. Still fighting for the refund. Poor way to treat customers in the face of horrible circumstances in the Caribbean. They will not get my business again.

Rip off

Just fly changed the dates we wanted to fly at the last min. Before we hit ok then charged us 225 dollars to cancel flights that we just booked 10 min. Earlier
Always go straight to your airline to book tickets don't use just fly!

I don't know how these people have not been shut down yet. We called to upgrade our seats shortly before our flight. Instead they cancelled our tickets, insisted that we asked them to do it and would not drop the $300 cancellation charge when we noticed what happened. We are still trying to get the price of the tickets refunded. We've contacted the BBB, which if you google it has issued a warning about these guys and had to go through our credit card company's dispute process to get our money back.
