I was not adequately refunded for my first ticket which was a return ticket, because after the refund i was deducted for some charges again which was not meant to be so. I lost money and still had to buy a one way ticket to Nigeria.
Justfly is sneaky and engages in unethical practices. I bought 2 tickets and one of the first names on the ticket got misspelled. They absolutely refused to change the spelling of the name unless I paid them a $75 dollars. Everyone I spoke to spoke minimal English. They were rude and unhelpful.
Second, the advertised price was bogus. When I went to purchase the ticket a popup said the price listed had increased. If that was the case why was it advertised at a lower price?!
I will never ever use the site again and I urge everyone to avoid getting swindled.

I would had at least had the opportunity to reschedule the flight. I had to cancel my trip because my wife broke her leg and she cannot put weight on it for at least 2 months. So we had to cancel our trip. She didn't lose money on her ticket because she booked somewhere else.

Everything went as expected other than our experience with foodservice on a trans-Atlantic flight. We were surprised to learn that a meal was not automatically included since that has always been our experience on previous long flights. Apparently we were supposed to know whether we had purchased a meal or not (we didn't know), and then we were further surprised to learn that a meal came with one of our tickets and not the other even though we bought two of what we thought were the same tickets on a single itinerary. It all worked out because the airline just gave us the second meal, but it was still an odd experience that made me think, "I need to be more careful about this if I ever use JustFly again."
Everything went smoothly except I got a seat change on my way back that wasn't too bad.it was my first flight by myself and I'm definitely using justfly again!
They explain on the counter because you buy the ticket travel for a chip money! We have to paid for every travel suite case wish is not fear

I purchased two separate tickets for two people on different dates with different destinations. Both were handled very efficently with no stress or complications even tho both our returns were during hurricane Erma to Florida. The slight extra charge was very worth it to get A1 service for two people at different times.
Justifly should betaken of the market. They av taken more money of my card. Than we negotiate. And still to-date am never refunded.

Just fly replied and basically said it's okay to charge $275 to change a time on a $370 flight because they put the excessive charge in the fine print. Buyer beware. Just ain't right! Book at your own expense, really high expense if plans change. I'd picket, but they're in India. It would cost double airfare with them. Lol sadly.
My daughter booked a flight and then wanted to change the time that she left they ended up charging her $275 more which was 70% of the original ticket price and then they told her it's non-refundable rip off no warning that there was going to be $275 of charges and you had to talk to somebody in India to get told that you're going to lose all your money rip it rip off rip off

When it comes to exchanges, there are fare rules that we as a travel agency need to follow. We do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.justfly.com/terms-and-conditions) Before confirming any change, the system will notify you the total charge to exchange the ticket.

If I can save even one person from this horrible experience I will be happy. I don't even know where to begin with justfly. I booked a ticket to Australia weeks ago and yesterday got an email saying to call customer service because somehow my ticket was cancelled. I have no idea why it was cancelled. I was on the phone for over an hour, got transferred 6 different times to different people (I could barely understand any of them. Not one of them spoke even decent English) and after explaining the situation over and over I ended up paying nearly $400 to get my exact same ticket back. $400 dollars is an absurd amount of money to spend on a mistake that I didn't even cause. I have never been so upset and I will definitely never use justfly again.

I went online to book flights for myself and my husband. I checked boxes for one adult and one senior. I filled in all the info. For my husband and then payment info and, voila!, got his reservation without mine! It never asked me for another person! I called the 800 number and they would not pull up my husband's flight to just add one to it. I am hard of hearing and could not understand the (Filipino?) operator. After several requests to the operator to slow down and speak more clearly, I ended up hanging up and going onto the airline site and booked my flight there. THEN, the email from JustFly offered to book the seats for my husband for $12! Again, I went onto the airline site and booked both of our seats there. For free. The price for the JustFly ticket was slightly less than the airline website, but with the seating charge, it would have been the same.

When your ticket was booked, it was for one passenger only since it did not ask you to put in second passenger information. Unfortunately, when a ticket is booked, we can no longer add another adult to the already confirmed reservation which is why you were asked to make a second booking.
As an online travel agency, we do offer seat selection option at a fee. This is an optional service we offer and you are free to decline if you prefer to book the seats with the airline directly.

Spent lots of time scrolling thru multiple choices. Would rather have been able to filter out those choices that weren't close to what I wanted.
Had an issue with selecting the wrong date to fly, and their customer service team quickly resolved and fixed the problem. Great company!
I have been using this site for almost two years now. There was a time I called customer service to purchase and attempt to cancel and refund a fare. It was a poor experience. Online is service is your best choice and their prices are almost the cheapest. I believe if you found someone who speaks English better, they will price match with another website. I like the feature where you get free four hours cancellation of full refund. But if you pay for extra fee for the twenty-four hours cancellation of full refund, it is worth it because sometimes things change.
We booked through them a few days before the wedding and they changed the flight on us and refused to give us a refund. The information filled out was completely different to what my husband filled out (we checked everything right after). When we called they had two tickets with my husband's information. And we called again it was changed to his information AND my information, but with a few mistakes still. Do not use them. They are simply the worst. They refused to let us speak to a manager. I would not recommend these people.
I never had a problem with the flight or mistakes of any kind. Everything was confirmed and any questions I had were answered.
False advertisement, they will have a phone only fare that is a totally a lie. They will ask for your number just in case it gets disconnected and ask you for a second number. At soon I provided my wife and I numbers they told us that sorry but the airline sold the tickets and the only one they got was double the price. I told them no and found the same fly in another website for cheaper price. But the only bad think that made me write this review that at soon I hang, like magic, my wife and I started receiving advertisement phone calls from all type of companies. I never before receive so many advertisements call. I dont have proof! BUT WHAT OF COINCIDENCE!

We would also like to point out that in NO way were these calls coming from us. We do not have any business with any outside companies that would trigger advertisement phone calls. As an online travel agency, we do not make any outgoing phone calls. Only advertisements that would come from us are JustFly advertisements and they would be sent by email if you subscribed. If you are not subscribed, then you do not get any advertisement.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
