It is difficuit to talk to your customer service agents using voice over internet. The connections are always bad. I have no interest in doing business with your company again.
It was honestly a great experience with WOW, as always! From Ozioma to Ayo and now Oliver, who helped and guided me patiently and professionally to secure my upcoming trip ticket, these guys are fantastic assets to WOW fare. Their marketing skills are excellent, and their kindness is truly impressive – they're patient and understanding, never getting offended or frustrated, even when faced with questions or hesitation. They skillfully guide you to purchase tickets, even when you're initially hesitant.
The representative, Esobe, was really very helpful, pleasant and patient with me. Esobe did her best to make the process less daunting. I look forward to working with you in the near future!

My first time calling Wowfare and I'm surprised. My travel consultant, was Ophelia. I had been looking for a particular flight for my Senior friend to come and visit. I had looked at several airlines but found nothing that would fit my requirements. The flights were either very early in the morning or consider staying overnight in a remote airport to reach your destination the next day. I was disappointed and tired. Ophelia was patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, focused on my needs and found the flights I needed. Her service was wonderful.

My overall shopping from this experience was above 100%. God bless Wale the agent who helped me to buy this ticket. It was my first time to check on your website. I was desperate looking for airline which allow unaccompanied minors not knowing that Ethiopian airlines is one of them. Had i known my daughter would have travelled even last week. I was given a prince on the ticket, then the person who was helping me told me that it was more, I said to the person, you quote me a rate and why are you charging the price. I had bought tickets before in the past from your company and I never had that bad experience. I could bought any tickets from another company, but since I never had issues like that, I decided to go ahead and get it with your company. Next year I'm planning to go to Japan and I will look for another website that yours.
