O that was the worst travel agency I ever dealt with. They did not give me the right information. Real snotty people. The only thing they care about is them is there is their their money. They don't give a s*** about customer service cuz they cared about customer service. I would have been in the Philippines right now. If a simple thing like sure do not forget to register. I would have sent the e-back register where you would have sent me eBay with the embassy and I will be in the Philippines right now so I'm never going to use use again again. A person could possibly give a company and I'm going to make sure none of my friends use it. Cuz you know I was going to travel once a year back and forth to the Philippines. But give me one good reason why I should use your agency again. Give you one good reason. Have a blessed day

Excellent service, very patient with customers. I am happy
The agent was very knowledgeable and offered some options to proceed with the quote in the system when it was problematic.
The service overall was great. I received my requests and in someways surpassed my expectations. I would have liked more control over my choice of seats on my flights. But my special requests for airport assistance was more than I expected. I was provided with wheelchair and mobility assistance at every leg of my trip.
