I was very disappointed in the customer service I was given after purchasing this ticket. Very difficult for agents to help you when there is an issue. Only person who somewhat helped is agent Oakley.

Mr. Obi was a polite young man who was slow to anger. He goes the extra mile to provide the best possible service
One word: excellent. The traveling associate was polite, respectful, and dedicated. He worked hard and went the extra mile to ensure all your traveling needs were met. Since I have been traveling, I have never met anyone who works harder than him. I will recommend him to all my friends.
In the end it was ok. The late night arrival home was too hard after ac16 hour flight from Asia. I wish our layover was less and we could have arrived earlier. Maybe our agent could have found a good rate a little earlier if he had looked a bit more.

I told the customer service rep what time I wanted to be in Rome and she found a flight that was exactly what we were looking for. I had looked myself and did not find what I needed but Wowfare found what I needed. I would recommend anyone to use this service.
