Too many unknowns. Flight to Zanzibar requires extra money for luggage over 44lbs TOTAL vs 50 lbs ea bag for international flights. Cost $50 plus not expected. Costs for other misc items usually included in price need be mentioned. For disabled there are places where they are not provided i. E. Zanzibar Airport that deplanes on the tarmac.
I had such a great experience buying my ticket through this ticketing agent! The staff member who helped me was super friendly, patient, and really seemed to care about making sure I got exactly what I needed. It was clear they knew what they were doing and genuinely wanted to help. I felt well taken care of the whole time, and the service was quick and stress-free. Honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while!
