First time ordering glasses online and really didn't know what to expect. Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses for my son in another province and he received it exactly a week later. Have not seen the glasses myself but he was extremely pleased with the order. Mechelle also double confirmed the prescription at the time of order as there was significant difference between the 2 eyes. Price was very fair and reasonable. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Love my new glasses! I ordered a distance and shades distance. I love them both. Highly recommend!
I have 3 different strengths of glasses: reading, mid-distance (computer usage), and driving. As I volunteer 3 days a week at the local museum cataloguing artifacts online, I use my mid-distance glasses more than any of the other strengths. I take them on and off and carry them with me in a glasses case. This activity seems to put a lot of strain on the frame of the glasses. One day in the midst of my accessioning work I took off my glasses and in the process of putting them on again broke the arm connection. While I did try to repair them with Gorilla glue, I was unable to. Without them I experienced real eye strain while attempting to continue my computer input. I realized I would need a new pair of glasses, so went online to ilookglasses where I had purchased my glasses a couple years ago. I found they were having a 2 for 1 sale (BOGO)! I chose new frames (a bit sturdier-looking than the broken pair) and asked for my latest prescription to be used for the lenses. Just to make sure, I sent a copy of the prescription with my order. Two pairs, eh? What a good idea - that means I'll never encounter again the position I was currently in that without glasses I couldn't continue my satisfying volunteer work. In addition to the BOGO offer and their very reasonable prices, they were able to provide me with my new glasses within a week. Bonus.
I was hesitant about buying progressive lenses online due to a bad experience but decided to try a different company and have to say I am so happy with my purchase. The glasses were not a cheap plastic and the lenses work perfectly for me.
Overall happy with my glasses; have ordered here a few times now. It's a bit hit or miss with the quality. I've received some pairs that are very loose and crooked. I should have sent one back but c'est la vie. They are a backup pair of frames that don't get used very often.
The sunglasses I've ordered have been good and are a comfortable fit. Will buy again in the future as the price is right for my budget.

I have used another online provider and found that this one's quality is much better. Not so plastic/cheap feeling. I also reached out for help in adjusting both pairs and received helpful advice quickly. I will definitely order again and refer others.

Most glasses sites cater to what is trending, which right now are big frames. That is not my style. So I was pleased to find a good selection of both big and small frames.
