Thank you so much for the 5-star rating! We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the weight and feel of the frames. While many of our lightweight materials are designed for flexible, all-day comfort, we want to ensure you feel entirely confident in their quality and sturdiness.
We’ve sent a quick message to your email to offer assistance or help you explore options for a sturdier frame style if you'd prefer an exchange. Thanks again for choosing us!
