The glasses were great last time, but may be my PD was wrong. The focal on the glasses were incorrect. Anyways I have corrected that part. Glad I could purchase all of this online saving a lot of time and effort

I ordered a pair of Nike eyeglasses. The website description was color black. When they arrived they were color blue with some black in the arms of the eyeglasses.

There are so many steps and challenges with trying to order my prescription through my insurance. I can't just go through your website. I have to go to delta vision, then eyeconic, then VSP that doesn't recognize the last 4 digits of my SSN. So then I have to find that and enter it from my delta card. It's like a runaround and when you don't have a lot of time, just feels like it should be a lot more direct and easy.

I was able to upload my prescription easily and order contacts to be shipped free to my house. Website was user-friendly and saves your prescription for future orders.

Logs out quickly before you can process your order, and did not accept my credit card on first attempt even though everything was entered correctly. Additionally, It would not accept my address on multiple attempts

Had an issue my first time with customer service and the glasses I received. After talking with a few different people, I was finally able to resolve the issue. I'm trying Eyeconic again crossing my fingers all goes well with my new glasses.

Order glasses from the site last month. Didn't realize till glasses were on order that you have to choose the option for prescription. I find it odd that you have to but I digress. Cheap affordable glasses what more could you ask for

I tried to place my order last night twice and got a message that there was an error and to try again later. This made me concerned that my card had been double charged.

The application constantly froze and I needed to refresh. The PD tool wouldn't work and kept crashing back to the checkout causing me to have to upload the script multiple times.
