My prescription is within my account and current yet you make me upload another image of it. Why keep it in my account, if I have to do this every time?
I find the website hard to access from our health insurance benefits provider, VSP through Regence. You are first directed to VSP when it would be better if they identified if you need contacts go direct to eyeconic.
The log in process from my insurance carrier to you was like bamboo shoots under my finger nails. Could you possibly have me verify one more Fvcking thing? Maybe a stool sample?
The overall ordering process was easy. The product itself was not good quality as expected. This is my first tine order and I am not impressed by the material used to make the this particular style, but I have purchased Coach frames many times and this one is the least id of them all. I will continue to order from LinCrafter and others, where the product is on hand to try before you buy.
There should be a simple reorder button. I had to submit the information twice as the first reorder was cancelled due to insurance when I had emailed to just charge my card the full amount.

I fell and broke the plastic thread and twisted the earpiece. Called eyeconic customer service and they said out of warranty we will not help you with the repair. But I called on Jan 2,2026 and order was placed on January 16,2025 with 1 year warranty - go figure.

Eyeconic is easy to deal with in terms of using my insurance to make purchases. Your prescription must be exactly as your order or they will not ship! It makes sense, but something to be aware of. My prescriptions arrive on time and I don't have to leave the house!
I used to order contacts through my eye doctor's office. I had to call to speak with the receptionist, then continue to call back to check when they would be in for me to drive there to pick up. I did this for years! Online is the way to go!

This is my third or fourth order from Eyeconic. With one exception, I have always liked my glasses. I had to return one pair, but the process was easy. I didn't like being told I wouldn't be allowed another return at that time. It can be difficult when purchasing glasses online and not in a store. However, this was years ago and I am back. I hope these glasses will be exceptional and I look forward to future purchases.
