Please next time let a customer edit their own order if they accidentally select the wrong type of prescription. I had to wait for it to cancel - then wait a few more days to get the money back and then I can re-order the glasses. I can't see good and we are all wasting time going through all this.
I encountered significant usability issues while attempting to place an order on your website using Google Chrome on my iPhone 16. During checkout, the page repeatedly and randomly zoomed in without the ability to zoom back out, making it difficult to enter my information. In addition, each attempt to place the order resulted in a system error. I was forced to retry five times before the order finally went through. This created an unnecessarily frustrating checkout experience.
I am also dissatisfied with the lack of pricing transparency. The co-pay was not disclosed until the final checkout page, at which point an additional $25 was added to the total. All charges should be clearly displayed upfront. Presenting a subtotal and then adding a significant fee at the last step is misleading and unacceptable. Please address this issue as no customer wants this.

Previous order was cancelled due to incorrect prescription that was submitted. Guy on phone was able to re-credit my VSP insurance so I could quickly get the right prescription added and fees accurately reflected.

This was the first time I've purchased eyeglasses online. The site made it very clear & helpful to order a pair that will fit you by giving clear measurements. Rec'd then today & they are perfect!
It was very easy to try on glasses with the virtual try on assistant. The only issue I ran into was the application to measure your eyes was very difficult to get to respond, so my glasses need to be remade. So far that process has been painless.
Picking out frames was easy with the virtual try-on. But the PD tool took over 30 minutes to get aligned properly. I hope it was accurate!
The process to order was easy for my son. For me, it said my benefits were used for the year, which was incorrect (my vision insurance still said I had benefits for frames). The glasses arrived in good condition but will need quite a lot of adjustment. Otherwise the experience was easy for him.
