Cute glasses and my lenses were done correctly but I will never purchase from here again. They charged taxes on prescription glasses and I live in California. There is no tax in California on medical necessary products. So basically I paid over 10% of the total value even after my insurance was applied. Basically Eyeconic got $60 for free from me. So if you live in California do yourself a favor and just go to a local place and use your insurance there and save your own money!

Ordering and getting my new glasses was literally as easy as 1 2 3 and with hundreds of locations to help with any adjustments needed once you get your glasses, It's a no brainer!

Easy to order fast shipping and quality products you can rely on
Once you figure out how to use the site, using Eyeconic with my VSP insurance was helpful since VSP covered my contact lense purchase for the year, except for tax. Shipping was free. I uploaded my photo of my prescription to speed things up since my eye doctor's office is now part of a nationwide network. I can't reach their office directly anymore. I was concerned that if Eyeconic had to contact my doctor to retrieve the prescription information, it might hold up shipping. Who knows? It might have been fine, but I didn't want to deal with it if there were any issues when uploading a photo is easy for me.
Insurance allowance makes glasses way more affordable. People shouldn't have to pay so much money to SEE

My glasses ended up being too large on the nose piece and they were not adjustable. Even though they were the size I wear now but mine now are adjustable

My contacts cost $99/box here but they cost $56/box trough warby parker, I am force to shop here because of my insurance, otherwise I would not.
On my last order, Eyeconic was not specific on what was needed on my Rx and stated it needed doctors address which was on the top of the Rx. As it turned out, after conversations w/ a representative, they needed the contact lens Rx. I sent eye glass in error. Not sure why they couldn't just ask for that...
Good although I could not go back to change my prescription information. I put in an old prescription in error and not my current. Please make sure I get the contacts as written on the prescription. Thank you.
They make ordering contact easy by contacting your provider for your prescription. They take my vision insurance so there's always a discount.
When you put in insurance info, they calculate everything for you. Including offering less expensive contacts under another name but by same manufacturer.
Easy to place new order, upload eye Rx, pay with HSA or credit card, and reorder. The prices aren't the lowest around, but they aren't too high either– but the only online option with VSP.
I order one box of contacts for each eye per year, to maximize the VSP allowance. I buy the rest at Costco.
Their date selection tool is hard to use if you're trying to enter it numerically. You have to use the drop-down calendar instead. Terrible UX/CX if you're disabled!
