I got my glasses pretty close to on time if my prescription was right and I have never really had any problems with them either. If I had one complaint it would be that they don't do prescription sunglasses if I don't want to add the sunsync option for $100.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
