This Is a great service. I like the option of purchasing eyeglasses online as opposed to having to make a hurried decision inside of an office. You have more time to make a final decision on something you have to wear every day. I've used EYECONIC for a while now and I love it!

I only used Eyeconic for my first order to apply my insurance benefits. After that, I started ordering replacement contacts elsewhere because Eyeconic's prices are much higher than other retailers. It feels like they mark up the cost because they accept insurance—other sites are usually $20–$30 cheaper, and sometimes even more.

Being able to shop online with my benefits and have the price estimates almost instantly is incredible. They have so many options and the virtual try-on is great.

I ordered My glasses last year and no one verified my RX then when I asked-prior to shipping-no one responded until it was too late. Once the return was finally processed, my frames were no longer available and then after I asked for a refund they let me know that my order wouldn't apply to 2025. A lot of extra work and frustration on my part too.

Was very buggy and took way too long to place my order. Kept giving me error message without saying why. I've never paid nearly this much with insurance and they wouldn't let me add coupon

Way more expensive than other sites and with my insurance I can not order from other sites. Forced to may the more expenses price that seems to be done on purpose. No need to follow up unless going to match 1800 contacts and give me a refund. On 1800 contacts my whole order would have been covered by the 150 allowance. Why have insurance if doesn't even cover 1 set of contacts.

The tools and overall experience of the Eyeconic website get better all the time. The Pupil Distance (PD) tool does a much better job than self measuring with a manual tool.

Super easy to enter info, have insurance checked, and also to come back in future and re-order same order as in past. Easy upload of prescription or option to have them contact doctor

Takes the hassle out of driving to a shop and performing all the steps you can do from the comfort of your home, and still get better pricing.

I wish the website made it easier for recurring customers to attach previously added prescriptions instead of having to locate documents each time they're re-ordering something they've already purchased before. There should also be a way to just select what was previously ordered and make the process a lot more streamlined.

Love the frames but found the lens options a little confusing. No ability to return because of my eye insurance year end. Bummer.

Had problems with script, doctors office put wrong name of contacts and you corrected this, doctors wrote script wrong again. Than didn't sign it and said it didn't need to be signed.

Ordering was a bit of a hassle due to an error continuing to show and then re-attempts stated the insurance was used even though the transaction didn't go through. After 4 attempts we got it but the customer service team was amazing with the help. Shout out to Susan H. For finally figuring it out and getting me taken care of.

I was able to try on, find the perfect pair of glasses, have them made and shipped within a few short weeks. I am able to use my eye insurance benefits and get fast reliable service.
