I clicked on wrong type of contact and sent RX. Couldn't edit, had to cancel order. Person I spoke to today was VERY helpful. I was prepared to order elsewhere.

My first order was cancelled. The site allowed me to select options that were unable to be processed. Instead of someone calling or offering some notification, the order was cancelled. The cancelled order came on the day that I was supposed to receive my glasses.

Contacts are overpriced purposefully so when you apply your insurance they are just the "normal" price everyone else charges.

Ordering on the website was fast and easy. I had a question, called the number, was not on hold long and had my question answered right away.

Didn't include tax until the end. I was presented with a much different price than what the actual cost was. I think it would have been cheaper to order from my doctor.

Last year, after years of ordering thru you, it was impossible for me to use my ins and order glasses. Actually missed getting a pair last year because of it. My daughter had dropped off our ins and there's some kind of "loop" in your system they said? Extremely frustrating and never had problems prior to that. Hopefully it will NEVER happen again. Hope to regain my trust in Eyeconic this year.

I needed new frames but didn't have time to go to an optometrist's office. Did everything online, even though my prescription had expired I was given options to make it current.

The information from my previous order was not saved. It was a little overzealous to find all of my contact information. Not a huge deal but it would make using the website more efficient.

I wish there was an easy way to repeat or duplicate a past order rather than having to select the contacts and enter the prescription again.

Had a hiccup with insurance and called eyeconic. Got immediately to a helpful person who resolved issue in minutes. Pricing was far better than my eye dr office.

I have been using Eye conic for years, they prices are more reasonable for everything i get on my prescription. And they get it right the first time. I never have to send the glasses back.

I previously purchased two pairs of sunglasses and was very happy with both. I need smaller frames and was able to find frames that fit with progressive lenses at a great price.

I spent a very large amount of time tonight trying to upload my prescription to get my glasses ordered. Every single method I tried, it rejected my prescription. I tried multiple browsers, multiple photos, PDF. It denied every single photo for no reason I wasted a lot of time on this tonight.
