I clicked on wrong type of contact and sent RX. Couldn't edit, had to cancel order. Person I spoke to today was VERY helpful. I was prepared to order elsewhere.
My first order was cancelled. The site allowed me to select options that were unable to be processed. Instead of someone calling or offering some notification, the order was cancelled. The cancelled order came on the day that I was supposed to receive my glasses.
Contacts are overpriced purposefully so when you apply your insurance they are just the "normal" price everyone else charges.

No sure why but my delivery always goes to Arizona first then gets returned backed to Vegas and I get told that there is a delay. This happened to my husband and it took almost 2 months to get his order. Luckily for me I didn't say anything and it arrived only a couple of days late. It's a little nerve wracking never knowing what is happening when I order from eyeconic.
I have had issues with my order being lost or sent to the wrong place despite my address being correct when I place the order as well as my husband. His order took over a month to arrive and was a logistical nightmare to get taken care of.

I have been using Eye conic for years, they prices are more reasonable for everything i get on my prescription. And they get it right the first time. I never have to send the glasses back.

I tried Eyeconic for my eyeglasses as they offered an amazing deal with my insurance. They have a huge selection of eyeglasses and had a hard time deciding which to get. You can virtually try on and they have a virtual PD tool which was great as that wasn't on my prescription. I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience and really like my new pair of prescription glasses.
Not sure if I got the PD right? Using the tool was a little wonky, but hopefully it worked? I will have a better opinion when I receive my eyeglasses.
I spent a very large amount of time tonight trying to upload my prescription to get my glasses ordered. Every single method I tried, it rejected my prescription. I tried multiple browsers, multiple photos, PDF. It denied every single photo for no reason I wasted a lot of time on this tonight.
