I have been using Eye conic for years, they prices are more reasonable for everything i get on my prescription. And they get it right the first time. I never have to send the glasses back.

I tried Eyeconic for my eyeglasses as they offered an amazing deal with my insurance. They have a huge selection of eyeglasses and had a hard time deciding which to get. You can virtually try on and they have a virtual PD tool which was great as that wasn't on my prescription. I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience and really like my new pair of prescription glasses.
Not sure if I got the PD right? Using the tool was a little wonky, but hopefully it worked? I will have a better opinion when I receive my eyeglasses.
I spent a very large amount of time tonight trying to upload my prescription to get my glasses ordered. Every single method I tried, it rejected my prescription. I tried multiple browsers, multiple photos, PDF. It denied every single photo for no reason I wasted a lot of time on this tonight.
After I received notice that my order was complete and prescription verified, I was notified a day or 2 later that my lenses were on back order. I always order with at least 2 weeks supply in case of such an instance. It was not as delayed as originally predicted, but I did reuse lenses several times.

Can't log into account from Delta Dental, keeps saying there is an error and never received the password reset email, even though have been able log in before without any problems.
The site would not allow my PC to auto populate my strong password. It also could not remember that I was a previous customer. The check out was easy and the discounts were fair.

It would be great if the company would update their website and their order fulfillment center accordingly so that customers do not have to order and receive an email while it's processing to let them know that their order has been canceled. Communication needs. To work on both ends and the order fulfillment needs to be updated daily. That saves customers time and energy from having to place an order when it's not even in stock.

Finding the pupil measurement is a bit tough so be patient while using the tool. Additionally, be sure to double check your order carefully prior to submitting as I found an error and had to re-enter some information (I don't know if that was a glitch or operator error but it did add about five minutes to the process).

I find the website hard to access from our health insurance benefits provider, VSP through Regence. You are first directed to VSP when it would be better if they identified if you need contacts go direct to eyeconic.
The log in process from my insurance carrier to you was like bamboo shoots under my finger nails. Could you possibly have me verify one more Fvcking thing? Maybe a stool sample?
The overall ordering process was easy. The product itself was not good quality as expected. This is my first tine order and I am not impressed by the material used to make the this particular style, but I have purchased Coach frames many times and this one is the least id of them all. I will continue to order from LinCrafter and others, where the product is on hand to try before you buy.
There should be a simple reorder button. I had to submit the information twice as the first reorder was cancelled due to insurance when I had emailed to just charge my card the full amount.
