An order can be incorrect and you are still able to place the order, get confirmation emails, and unclear information about why the order is incorrect. If there is an error there is no way to change the previously placed order - instead you have to cancel and place a new one.
Tried to order using my insurance and didn't allow me. I had to call and get somebody to manually force that into the order
Your contacts are way overpriced. They are the highest priced i have ever seen.

My last pair of glasses got held up for some reason, after you charged me... it took 3 phone calls and 5 weeks to receive my glasses. Please don't take so long again.
