I received very good treatment by the iLook staff. Initially there was a misunderstanding with the type of lens I thought I had ordered. ILook staff Thea and Zoey helped resolve the issue. As a returning client I am very pleased with my new glasses.
My prescription has changed and I submitted it for a new order. ILook took the time to check with me that my prescription was correct and not incorrectly entered before quickly fulfilling my order. I received the glasses and am so impressed with the quality especially since I have high prescription and needed the extra thin lens. I have been recommending iLook to all my friends as a result.

Overall experience was good, with so many choices it made it hard to pick two pairs. I am very happy with the fit and feel of one pair but the temple length on the second pair is a little short so it affects the fit of the glasses. Delivery was very good after order was placed

We noticed that while both pairs have 145 mm temples, the second pair has a narrower front frame width (132 mm vs 140 mm). That extra snugness up front pulls the arms forward, making them feel shorter behind your ears!

I have ordered twice and have no complaints. Glasses were are described, my prescription was correct with no issues
I have ordered over 15 pairs of glasses over many years and all have been good quality however one pair in my most recent order had a wonky hinge that lost its ability to stay hold the arm open.
I was buying for my son and they emailed me any discrepancies regarding my previous order wanting to make sure I had correct prescription as it was different, all before filling order
The staff were very helpful when I was placing the order. I tried to give the glasses a good chance as I knew I had to adjust to them. But they are just not right. Not even close. Also the weight is very heavy as the lenses are glass.
