Expected more of the frames - can't see the detail. Struggled with the progressive prescription - still not convinced it's quite right
I ordered two pairs: prescription sun glasses wich turned out to be great, and a pair with progressive lenses for everyday use. This pair did not meet my expectation: somehow, the lenses are hard to wipe clean and the frame is flimsy. I would have given 5 stars for the product if the second pair was as great as my sunglasses I ordered.

I am overjoyed with my glasses and will keep buying all my new pairs here. I have been telling all my friends as well. It was so helpful to virtually try on the glasses ahead of time on the website and the glasses come in perfect every time.
Ilookglasses site is very user firendly, ordered two glasses with precription both are very verstile and the lenses are of good quality you cant beat the price and quality of ilookglasses. Thumbs up.

Quality of the product is good but the overall weight of the glasses bit heavy. But for it is worth for the price.

I required progressive lenses. The glasses I received are only useful for reading. I am not able to use them for driving or watching tv. Disappointing

To be able to use your glasses all the time you would want to order Progressive Glasses. Progressives are multi focal lenses designed for distant, medium and reading uses. These lenses have multiple fields of vision, providing smooth transition from distant vision (at the top of the lens), intermediate vision (in the middle of the lens) to near vision (at the bottom of the lens). They do not have a line and are similar in appearance to regular lenses.

It was a nice experience last time I ordered glasses. I asked favor to expedite my order as i needed it to bring with me in my vacation and it came on time! I was so glad i have glasses to wear. That was the best experience i've ever had with ilook so far. But overall, everytime i ordered my glasses and my husband's glasses we are happy of all of them and the customer services.
I had accidentally selected the wrong size frames and a customer service representative notice this in my order and brought it to my attention and help me to fix my order. I have never had this type of online shopping assistance before and it was greatly appreciated.
I was a little sceptical at first about buying online because I had tried another company before and even though they had a great return policy, it didn't work out. The glasses from ilookglasses came perfect for my progressive lenses. The only thing I would caution anyone about is making sure of the size of glasses you are buying. Compare the frame size with an old pair. Get as close as possible to the number inside the frame arm. You can save a lot of money, a lot!
The glasses I ordered arrived quickly and are perfect. BUT I've contacted by email this company THREE time with a question about another type of eyeglasses I'm interested and NOT once could anyone be bothered to respond to my question so I purchased them elsewhere. I'm not slightly impressed with this business.
