I am happy with the glasses, frames and lenses. My prescription is a little complex due to my age and both reading and progressive lenses work well. The last time I ordered I picked a smaller frame, they fit well and I was happy to see they still carried the same frames and ordered them again. The communication I had regarding the order was handled well, no problems and would certainly use their services again.
I've been purchasing my glasses from here for many years now and have never been disappointed. A great selection of frames and great staff who have been very helpful in the process. When I made mistakes they catch them and let me know. I highly recommend them for your next purchase.

It's pretty easy to measure a pair of glasses you have and compare them to the dimensions of the glasses you want. I like having a second back up pair it's in great incase you need to make a repair. I often fall asleep on-top of my glasses so I can't blame them. Took like 30 minutes to buy new glasses, showed up in about a week. Can't really ask for anything more.

Overall experience was great. One thing I would mention is you could communicate more often as the glasses are being prepared and then shipped maybe a couple of emails during that time would be much appreciated.

This is my first experience buying prescription glasses for myself online. Im quite pleased with the whole experience. The glasses are great. I can see properly and they fit surprisingly well. Customer service was a nice surprise. They contacted me regarding a question about my prescription and followed up until we were both satisfied that they had what they required to produce my glasses.

Previous frames broke. Ordered new glasses and replacement frames. Glasses arrived. Frames came a couple weeks later. New glasses have different style arms that I'm not really happy with. They are not sprung like my first pair. Pros: great price, lenses are good. Frames a bit light and fragile for a carpenter.
The side -to-side size is not quite accurate, however, useable.
The service I received was great and I appreciate the fact that it is a Canadian company!
I order 2 pair of glasses; one for computer and one with Progressive lens. It is the first time I had used computer glasses and they are amazing; also, the progressive lens work great for driving and for any distance vision. The one small issue I had was that neither pair worked well for reading ((which is probably my fault). I changed the lens in one of my old pairs of glasses to reading lens. Now I have glasses for every occasion.

Pourquoi avoir initialement pris ma commande dans ce cas? Après cette première étape, trois semaines d'attente avant d'avoir des nouvelles… Suis-je déçu? Oui…
Answer: We do not direct bill any insurance company, but you would want to pay for your order online first and ask us for a copy of your invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for a reimbursement.

Answer: We offer a lens replacement service for frames that were purchased from us before. If not, unfortunately we do not work for them, for on the rare occasion that eyeglasses are damaged during production, we are not able to replace them.
Answer: Yes, our glasses always come with a hard case and a cleaning cloth.
