My kid got his first pair of transitions and a normal pair for back up. He loves them both. Will def be ordering again for the rest of the family

My glasses fit really well, they are perfect. Before they shipped them the company call to clarify my PD and thank God they did, because they were prefect. Thank you ilookglasses I will definitely order from you guys again.

I had an issue entering my prescription, the support staff messaged me right away to confirm, then worked with me as I verified my info with my eye dr. They were very prompt when answering questions I had, and had my order corrected, filled and delivered in no time.

Very happy with my glasses. Been purchasing from iLook for years. Because they are a good value, you can easily justify multiple pairs more often.

Very fast service at a price that is a lot less than regular optometrist services.

One par was good the other one has bad temples arms. They are made of a different plastic, mate, and the shape is wrong and unconfortable to wear. I try to workaround by heating but the plastic which is used will come back to the wrong shape in few days. It does not retain the shape I made during heating. The shape is pointed outside instead inside and thus is very unconfortable for the ears.
The good pair has normal shape temples, confortable, made of good glossy plastic.

This was my second order; the first was perfect! However, even though I filed a prescription with iLookGlasses, I received glasses with plain lenses, which are no good to me at all. My second order was to add some frame colours and I only discovered the problem last week because I had not needed those colours until then. My first order was fantastic which is why I reordered.

Very bad experience. Glasses not fit correctly, Tried to contact customer support without success.
Once I had been promised that someone will call next day to proceed with return, Never received the call. No one ever call or send at least email.

Painless, ordered, they confirmed the prescription, very easy.
