The process was easy, I picked out my lenses and submitted my prescription. The prescription was verified and put on file and shipped out immediately. Will order again.

Sending my prescription and ordering my contact lenses was such a smooth and easy process. It did take a bit for the lenses to ship but they arrived on the exact date that was listed in the order confirmation. 1800getlenses has been the fastest, easiest emergency way to get my contacts in my mailbox compared to all of the other websites with online eye exams i have found.

Got the contacts I ordered quickly and well packaged. Only problem was it was around 90$ or so for one box of 6 contacts. Otherwise good experience

I have issues that make it necessary for me to reorder more than most. 1800-Get-Lens makes this a fairly seemless process and I'll probably order again very soon to make sure I have backups available.

I saw the price and I decided not to buy. They waited till the money went into my account and they took the money anyway 😞 without my approval

I ordered contacts and it would of been nice knowing that they were going to have to order them for me I would of gone with a different brand that was in stock I had to go without seeing for a few days as my other contacts had to be changed had them in to long

It took almost 3-4 weeks before receiving my contacts... I'm glad I wasn't in a rush for them. Processing orders should be a lot faster.

The contact lenses from 1-800-GET-LENS were easy to order, arrived quickly, and the price was just right. And the lenses are comfortable! It is a win all the way around!

Took a long time to get them and no delivery updates. With winter they could freeze

On the website, the price per box was stated at $65 per box. The final total for 2 boxes was $260 still trying to figure out how that math, math's.

I ordered my contacts November 7th.
I recieved them 3 days ago (December 5th) AFTER I was told my ordered was canceled. Glad I got the contacts, disappointed they took an entire MONTH to arrive. Will be sticking with 1 800 contacts.

I received my contact lens, but the lens had no prescription to them, no power. When I put the contact lens on, my vision is as if there were no lens in at all.

There appears to be a manufacturing defect with my order.

I was able to order my contacts successfully and got the order delivered to home. This saved time and money for me and I am pleased the order arrived quickly.

It took about a month for me to get my order. I was told that you had to order my lenses from somewhere. Interesting that you don't have them on hand.

I need lenses for astigmatism but got normal lenses. I opened the box before I realized they were the wrong type, so they are not returnable.

Although I understand shortages of supply. This last order took an unusually long time to deliver. Hopefully it was a one time experience. Last order was fast.
