I've ordered twice from them and those two times I was satisfied. Their customer service is very good. I don't quite remember why I had to contact them but I do remember they were quick to help. They sent emails letting me know when my package has been shipped and the tracking number for my orders. I received my packages at least two weeks after I purchased! Pretty much everything was quick! Oh, and they provide free shipping! That is always a plus.
