Came in a timely manner however I didn't receive exactly what I was expecting. The 4 boxes were for one eye and none for the other.
Originally thought I had clicked on a very similar online contact store that I already had an account for so I was confused at first when I couldn't sign in. Then my prescription wouldn't upload so I just left it up to the company and didn't hear from them for a few days before they emailed asking for information I had already provided so they could reach out to my Dr directly. Then when my contacts were shipped I did not get a tracking number. Just kind of a "they'll get there when they get there"
Hi there. My doctor realized the prescription was wrong and denied this order. I went ahead and reordered for the doctors office. But you still sent me contacts that I don't want.
Just had my prescription renewed and it was super simple to update on the website and order new contacts. Can't beat the speed and convenience anywhere else. π

I uploaded the wrong prescription on accident and it was super difficult to correct that. There was nothing I could change about my order after I submitted it. The person at the help number was great. The order arrived quickly and was correct.
I do not like the fact that when I clicked on the email my merchandise was reordered automatically without allowing me to review or modify the order.
For instance, I do not like rebates. They are cumbersome to claim, take an inordinate amount of time, and half of the time get "lost" or denied over a petty issue. I would have rather ordered 2 boxes only, for full price, then be issued 4 boxes with a now long and tedious rebate to claim.
Other than that, the order came correctly and quickly. But you need to quit "automatic" reorders or I will no longer be using your service.

Wonderful experience would recommend to anyone! Shipping is fast and cost for contacts is cheaper than buying from the actual eye doctor in my opinion!
Very expensive. Could have ordered from eye doctor for cheaper. I dont know if mail in rebate is from 1800get lens but it is much more of a hassle. Other rebates I have had recently were done digitally, removing the need to send paper through USPS in what is now a paperless world.
The product and service are fine. However, the price per box advertised at the item level and the total that showed in the cart were very different.
