I ordered from this website because they said their contacts were $10 a box and everything looked fine until check out when it jumped from $20 for 2 boxes to $280 and I never got an itemized receipt saying why it jumped so high. They did say there is a mail in rebate though for $150 so I'm hoping to get some money back but it seems ridiculous to say one price and jump to a different price after check-out. I will probably not be using this website again.
Really easy to get my prescription filled and got it at my house, also have options on how many to get (my doc only allowed us to order 3months) so it was refreshing

I selected the wrong lenses. I have dry eyes and was worried that the script my doc provided wouldn't be moist enough. Anji not only looked up the moisture content of my old and new lenses but also called my doc while I was on hold, to make sure the lenses would meet my need! She quickly processed the replacement and refund. She went so far above and beyond! Thank you.

I was very disappointed with my experience ordering from 1-800-GET-LENS. I provided them with correct information for my doctor, but they had trouble with faxing other end. This caused them to stop processing my order but they never sent me a status update. I only found out once I called them to check on the order. But that was a week later, after it should have already been in transit. Only once I called did they call the doctor at the number I provided, so the processing timeline started all over again. I was upset that they never communicated to me about the delay and then refused to expedite shipping to offset the delay that their negligence caused. They apologized profusely and stated I should I have been notified, but took no responsibility to correct their oversight. I don't like giving business to companies that don't value customer satisfaction, so never again will I order from them.
I saw the price and I decided not to buy. They waited till the money went into my account and they took the money anyway 😞 without my approval
I ordered contacts and it would of been nice knowing that they were going to have to order them for me I would of gone with a different brand that was in stock I had to go without seeing for a few days as my other contacts had to be changed had them in to long
It took almost 3-4 weeks before receiving my contacts... I'm glad I wasn't in a rush for them. Processing orders should be a lot faster.
