I thought hey, not a bad price. But when it came to paying... There was 98.00 in taxes and fees, which was more than the amount of the price of the contacts. Will just probably go though the doctors office next time.

To get the rebate you need to print out it a form, cut out part if the contact lense box and mail it all in. Then wait for the rebate. This was very inconvenient.

The process for requesting the re-shipment of my lost order during shipment could have been easier if online forms had been available. However, the staff's expediency in processing my claim was more than acceptable.
Apparently I ordered from Get Lens but received product from Lens.Com? When I called to check on the order it wasn't in Get Lens system. It was in Lens.Com but apparently under a different name? I asked what name and was told for security reasons he couldn't tell me. My reply was "for security reasons I won't order from you again". What kind of foolishness is this? You send a product and then can't find my information in your system?

I ordered from this site, because the prices were better than other sites(so I thought). When I got the order confirmation it said the subtotal was $117. When I got the shipping confirmation it said $117 plus $9.95 shipping with a total coming to $186. Clearly there was a mistake. When I called the company they said that the extra $60 was "tax and charges". Nowhere did they publish that on my email or receipt. Tax, ok fine, but what were the charges that basically added up to half of my order? I asked if I could have a breakdown of the charge and it itemized on my bill. I was told no. Flat out NO, we don't do that. So needless to say, when I got my order I requested a return label and sent it back. I am still awaiting my refund. I ordered from 1800contacts. While the same exact product is a Little more expensive, in the end the total transaction was $20 less and no fees. Do your research!
For some reason it was hard to verify my prescription but it eventually got taken care of. Only an extra day waiting.
