Ilook has great customer service as a returning customer a review of previous prescriptions was completed and changes were confirmed. Lots of glasses to choose from and the pricing is excellent

According to the shipping site, it says it was delivered but I never received them.
Im not sure what to do - its upsetting to pay for something and not receive it.
Chat response was very quick and answered my questions promptly. Glasses are nice, prescription is OK. As with any online order I find the lens' to be not great quality, but you get what you pay for and these glasses are much less expensive than my daily glasses. I bought these to have transitions and to wear hiking, kayaking etc. Happy for the price!

Good reading glasses. Still expensive for what you get. Not happy with the color of the last order. It shows them as a soft pink online but are actually much darker. Not flattering on me all.
I have ordered several times from this company but I won't be back.
I didn't really appreciate having a free gift that I didn't ask for like blue light protection and then I find that the lenses that adapt to the sun are not dark enough for my personal taste.

We randomly give a free upgrade to promote the importance of blue light blocking lenses these days because we are constantly exposed to blue light indoors (TVs, smartphones, laptop and gaming devices) and outdoors (the sun).
Prolonged exposure may cause digital eye strain and headache.
If you do not like them, we can certainly replace the lenses for you.

J'ai reçu un traitement de lumière bleue sur mes lunettes sans l'avoir demandé. Ce « cadeau » n'en est pas un, car je n'apprécie pas du tout l'effet orangé que cela donne. J'avais aussi demandé une lentille amincie et elle est finalement plus épaisse que ma monture précédente qui avait la même prescription.
Amazing glasses. Exactly as shown. Perfect fit. Wonderful to have virtual try on. Would definitely buy from ILookglasses again!
I had selected a pair of frames, which I was informed from an employee would be too small/narrow, they sent me other frames to choose from, which would be sized better for myself. It was wonderful that they reached out before filling my order, I was impressed and thankful for their guidance. I'm happy with my purchase. This is my first time ordering progressive lenses, information on site to make an order was great, and easy to follow.
As a repeat client they had my previous prescription and questioned I ordered based on my latest prescription which had changes to each eye. Very thorough service.
