Eyebuydirect always goes above and beyond for their customers and is one of the only brands I personally trust to buy all my prescription glasses. I've tried other competitors in the past, but they do not compare to Eyebuy. They have a great selection of frames, all the specifications I look for and great customer service. I will continue to use their products in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Ive been ordering from EyebuyDirect for many years now. I love all my many pairs of colorful glasses.

But i have a problem with their new AI try on capabilities. Think about it for a minute, I'm buying glasses because I can not see anything unless I'm wearing a pair. So in order to see my AI virtual self/face in the new frames etc… i must keep my eyeglasses on. So now my virtual self is wearing glasses already and its trying to place the new frames over the frames i've already got on! Which looks pretty silly. I just don't think much thought went into it. Or the program has been pushed through by someone who obviously doesn't have to wear glasses! I liked the older way of downloading a photo of myself to see what their frames look like on me.

The best pair I own. I have the clearest vision with these. I couldn't believe I could buy prescription eyeglasses at such a discount. And the quality is great. I won't overpay any longer.

The frames are not excellent quality, but I did choose the cheapest. Framed are cheap, but also what I paid for. Was disappointed w their coupon tho, could not find disclaimer on what frames discount would apply to. In fact, coupon claimed "30% off EVERYTHING". Not true, not everything. There was a minimum cost the frames needed to be for the discount to apply, but no asterisk or anything leading me to any info on that minimum price. Glasses took a little longer to arrive than I expected. But the rx is fine, would order from them again when needed.

I love the selection of lenses, and it's always easy to update my prescription every year. I also provide the invoice to my insurance, and they take care of it, which is a huge help! I look forward to buying new glasses every year.

Listen. These are the most inexpensive glasses that possibly exist in the world. I've had optometrists say "woah those are some fancy coatings you have there, these must have cost a fortune" and then try and push their inferior, far costlier glasses on me. No thank YOU! Every pair i've had has lasted years. They come quickly. And the compliments. Holy dolly parton, the compliments. I've received more compliments on my pair of optimist rainbow glasses than i have on probably every other item i've ever owned combined. They're great EVERYBODY BUY YOUR GLASSES FROM EYEBUYDIRECT!

I've stopped going to eyeglass stores to pay outrageous amounts for glasses no better than ones I've received from EBD. Best experience was that after my vision was declining (post double cataract operations)six months ago, I received a prescription from the hospital's office that had performed the cataract removal and sent it to EBD with a request for new glasses. Received a call questioning the oddness of one set of #s in the prescription, returned to the doctors and eventually had double laser capsulotomies, correcting my vision from 20/100 to 20/20 and 20/30 only thanks to the staff at Eye Buy Direct.

It was my first time ordering and there was a problem with the lenses. I don't know yet if it was that the prescription was wrong or they made a mistake. They are patiently waiting until I go back to my optomotrist so he can check. Then they will give me a replacement or refund -- "whichever you want." And customer service is very quick to reply to emails and I haven't had to wait for an agent when I call. Very pleased.

I have ordered multiple pairs of reading glasses that I only need a reading lens for the right eye.
Being able to get that with a plain glass lens in the left eye and get it accomplished easily is huge for me.
