I ordered a pair of glasses through insurance and I made a mistake. Eye Buy took them back and refunded me funds quickly, with no questions asked and I was able to reorder the correct prescription only a couple of days after mailing the incorrect ones back.
Very large selection to choose from which can be overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for. But you can use the filters to see what you're interested in. The whole process between selecting Frames, putting in my eye prescription, and checking out was great. Even calculated my pupil distance which they never add to my Rx. Was able to see very clearly, better than the glasses I purchased from a retail chain 6 months prior.

I have used EyeBuy a few times now. Always talk about it to friends and family, but then this past order has been sitting in limbo. I've contacted them 3 times and the first two couldn't help me. The third one promised that the would cancel and reorder then send an updated order receipt with tracking… again nothing. I'm super bummed.
I go through glasses so often (clumsy and terrible luck lol) that it's often super expensive and a process for me to replace them.

I placed an order on February 8th; supposedly on the 13th it was being processed. I requested an explanation for the delay on the 16th and received a response that I would receive my glasses on the 20th. I received them on March 2nd, 10 days later.

I know it's hard to buy glasses without trying them on. I suggest using the filter to show you glasses that meet your desired frame size: Large- Medium-Small. Then choose the style you like. I think it's nice and simple.

To pick a frame, the options are clearly identified to easily customize the fit. 1. The site crashed and had to be reloaded every time we chose a new pair of frames. 2. The site could not locate my insurance. 3. When I went to choose my glasses customizations, I couldn't un-select options that seems to be adding extra costs and I felt nickel-and-dimes throughout the process.
Bought my last 3 or 4 pair of glasses from here. I made a 9 dollar frame last over 2 years without any issues this last time. Finally broke them and I had to come back to eyebuydirect!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
