I've purchased my eyeglasses from EyeBuy Direct for years now and have always been satisfied. My prescription is on the high side and would have caused me over $600 for a pair. To pick a frame, the options are clearly identified to easily customize the fit. And i especially appreciate the promotional offers they have to reduce the cost; savings which are very important to a retired person. Thank you EyebuyDirect! 🥰

1. The site crashed and had to be reloaded every time we chose a new pair of frames. 2. The site could not locate my insurance. 3. When I went to choose my glasses customizations, I couldn't un-select options that seems to be adding extra costs and I felt nickel-and-dimes throughout the process.

Bought my last 3 or 4 pair of glasses from here. I made a 9 dollar frame last over 2 years without any issues this last time. Finally broke them and I had to come back to eyebuydirect!

I've bought several pairs of glasses and I loved them, however the last pair I bought "Firefly" I don't like the don't really look like the ones I saw in the photos, they are not a real tortise color, there is more dark color to them.

This is my second time ordering through this company. The last time I ordered it came so fast and was it correct prescription. Couldn't ask for a better online service.

I am so happy I found eyebuydirect! I can actually afford to have good-quality glasses with progressive lenses that don't cost a fortune. I am now on my eighth pair because I can afford to have many different ones to match my mood and clothing. The frames can be slightly flimsier than the $1000+ designer brands, but the lenses seem to be of exceptional quality all around. Customer service is top-notch. Shipping is fast. I will not shop elsewhere after I found eyebuydirect and have told several friends and family members to shop heres.

I've never been one who needed glasses until about two years ago while I was still in high school. I didn't know how to go about it. And the worst part is that all the glasses I tried made me feel ugly. I was trading my sight for the privilege of looking good. It took me to finding this site to find affordable glasses that only look good and feel good.But last for long time.

They don't want any measurements for the distance between your pupils. I wasted $200 on a pair of prescription sunglasses that are way too wide for me.

I started buying from this company a few years back. I started paying with my own money and now my insurance pays for the frames! Will be having a yearly purchase from me for sure!

I cannot add needed tint when using my medical coverage not sure why some issue but here I always get exactly the script I need with the tint I want for half the cost.

I was sent a code via email - went to sight picked out frames and went to check out and the code I was sent said expired - frustrated will start looking elsewhere

Its always an awesome experience when I use this site. Very efficient and customer service is great. Glasses are always great quality as well.
