The customer service of being able to return my glasses when I didn't like the pair I purchased and when my daughters prescription wasn't accurate is why I choose to come back. Also, the price on progressive lenses is great.

I have ordered multiple pairs of glasses over the past three years. I have never had to return or replace a pair. Literally, out of the package and onto the face.

I have ordered multiple pairs of reading glasses that I only need a reading lens for the right eye.
Being able to get that with a plain glass lens in the left eye and get it accomplished easily is huge for me.
