I was hesitant to check out and placed a call to customer service. They were exceptionally quick, helpful, friendly and immediately knew how to get me the answer I needed.
Eyeconic is more expensive than other providers. However, if you have VSP insurance, they automatically apply your benefit, rather than having to fill out paperwork for reimbursement. They used to accept promo codes, but not anymore.

I order contacts yearly and my password always need to be reset, it is ridiculous. On top of that my account was set up with my name spelled wrong. Just overall a horrible experience every year I need to order my contacts.
The site is easy to navigate and the filters make it easy to find my contacts. I have no issues putting in my prescription details, uploading a picture of my prescription and checking out. I can find what I need and complete my order in under 5 minutes.

They never contact my vision provider unless I hold their hand. It's like they don't know how to use a phone, leave a message, and/or call back to the office if needed? Tonight, as I ordered, I see they have my birth date as 4/103/1982. Wtf. Thankfully, it let me go past but we'll see what happens. It's not written on the prescription that way. Who in the hell even runs a professional site in 2026 that would allow that formatted entry as a birthdate.

I was shocked at my new glasses! They were better than any I purchased in the last several years. They fit better than any I received from my eye doctors' office. I couldn't believe they were so good. I will purchase again in the future. The guarantee that I could return them if they didn't fit or wear properly gave me the security to purchase online. I have already convinced a few other people to use Eyeconic.

I would typically purchase contacts directly from my eye doctor's office, but they sold out to another company and their prices were crazy, so I started looking on vsp's website and realized how much savings were available using Eyeconic!
I would like to see more variety in glasses. The frame I picked out was not in my size, so I had to start over from the beginning. Even then, it was the wrong size. I would like to see more clarity in choosing a glasses size.
Emails can get buried for a few days which is what happened and i was really hoping to have these new frames by my birthday the 19th because i'm going on a trip the 21st. Now i'm paying extra for faster shipping and hoping they'll get here before my trip. I would've fixed the issue immediately had i known. Please text or call next time. Thank you!
