I had very good price, description of the hotel was very acurate, and price was correct, no surprises, Breakfast was included, it was great breakfast!
They upgraded my room to a very, very large corner room with excellent view.
Because I arrived late at night and my room was not ready, and for this miner inconvenience I got unbelievable room. Service was great, and I like the hotel, it was in the middle of City Center, and next door Hotel Fermont had a lot very cool places to go to.
Had great experience last year so used again this year... booking was very easy and great value...

This was my first time to use Hoteling.com. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily I was able to navigate through the sight to book my accommodations to Cancun. They offered by far the best rate over the other travel sights. I will return!

I booked with them 5 days ago charged me and sent me a refence booking number in the confirmation email every day i called the hotel and never showed up in their system after 5 days waiting i spoke with an agent she asured me that travelgate(their supplier) could not booked me and i was gonna get a full refund and that i had to wait for 9 hour for an email. 9 hours passed i spoke with one of their "agents" again and he told me he had to confirma i wasnt booked in the hotel with travelgate when the previous day i was told i was not booked already, i told him what happened and he said he sent them another email so basically now i cant book in another hotel with the fear that i might show up in the hotel after all and would waste another 400 dollars or wait untill the hotel gets full just to be told that indeed i was not boked at all what a scam, they ruined my vacation but do not let them ruin yours do not go near this website please i beg you

Over 4 months ago I've booked a hotel on hoteling.com. On their website the final price was 422,49 PLN, but they've charged my card with 422,49 USD. Probably it was a bug on their website with displaying correct currencies, but that's not my fault. So immediately after noticing that I've send them an email explaining step by step what has happened. They've contact me asking for screenshot. As I have had those screenshot, I've send that immediately and I'm still waiting for their response. After that I've send them several emails regarding this issue, but apparently they doesn't care.
I really understand that it could be a bug. It happens. However if I were them I would offer a booking cancelation and full refund. But apparently Hoteling.com is not even able to appologize me for the inconvenience.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Coffee shop in lobby had delicious drinks both hot and cold as well as pastries. Location was accessible to numerous sites.

I made a booking yesterday and I wanted to call to ask about a refund since plans have changed and I would no longer be needing the hotel. The hotel check in date is the 17th of June I wanted to know how the refund would work. There is no phone number to call, I have emailed many times and no reply. How are you going to properly assist customers without a number, or writing emails back to customers with their questions. This just makes people not want to book a hotel with this website again.

We got a confirmation email with a different check in date of 2 out of 3 rooms, when we called to fix this, they said call the hotel, we cannot change and they confirmed that the booking details is now with the hotel. When we called the hotel, they could NOT find any booking for us! When we re-called hoteling.com, another agent replied the call and said that the hotel will not have our booking details cause it's with a 3rd party booking! Moreover, the customer agent (Linda) hang up on us the call! What kind of customer service is this! When we called again, the same agent advised that there is no solution for our different dates glitch, and moreover, she advised that the booking was done through the UK website and we live elsewhere, so the hotel will refuse this booking upon check in and will charge us with the difference in price! And we can't cancel it, and there's nothing we can do! If that's not a horrible experience, I don't know what is!

I BOOKED A HOTEL WITH HOTELING.COM FIVE WEEKS BEFORE MY TRIP AND THREE DAYS LATER THEY CANCELLED THE BOOKING. SO I STUPIDLY BOOKED THE SAME HOTEL WITH THEM AGAIN AND THREE DAYS BEFORE MY VACATION THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THE BOOKING WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION AND THEY GAVE ME NO COMPENSATION FOR THIS ACTION. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I'm truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've faced. Once the booking is made we try our hardest to secure it with the relevant supplier and it usually may take up to 72 hours to receive booking confirmation. Sometimes it happen that hotels are not able to honour our reservation and as we do not own any of the selling hotels, we have no control over it.
I can assure you that this is not our standard practise and we feel very sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations. I can imagine how unpleasant it could be for you, so please accept my sincere apologies.

Made my first booking through Hoteling paid for it via paypal and got my confirmation email. Then I realised my last name was spelt wrong so I cancelled my intial booking and rebook it. This time round I paid for my booking but NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL worse still after I paid with paypal IT DID NOT REDIRECT ME TO THE CONFIRMATION HOTELING WEBSITE. I can that everything has been paid for already. I have forwarded an email to Hoteling to follow this up. Lets hope everything gets sorted out ASAP as more than 5k worth of accomodation has been paid for right now.

STAY AWAY from this site! I made a booking on Wednesday 1st June and I didn't receive any booking reference but I was CHARGED the full amount! It's impossible to get in touch with Hoteling. I emailed them on three different email addresses and no reply, not even an acknowledgement ("Thank you, your query has been submitted and a confirmation e mail sent, a member of the team will be in contact" - that never happened).
If anyone from Hoteling is reviewing this, can you please get in touch? It may be wishful thinking...

We stayed 8 nights and not one complaint. Old stately hotel, very clean, beds are very comfortable, and well located to Metro system.
The breakfast buffet is uninspiring for the $ but convenient. Excellent service staff. Very responsive and a pleasure the whole stay.

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
