I found your site that gave us a much better price for Hotel Paza Cozumel in Cozumel MX for our upcoming scuba diving trip. I asked hotels.com to match it, and they would not match it. We told them to cancel our reservation wirh them and went wirh Hoteling. Always look for better deals. It was easy, thanks hoteling.com.
Confirmation means done deal. It's a commitment from both parties. When a company charges the client and they pay, there's an exchange taking place. If the company cant't deliver their part yet, then don't charge the client!
Since my first review on May 31,2016, I have subsequently received a response from Hoteling. They advised that my reservation for the 2nd room was cancelled because they couldn't confirm the booking. Now I'm waiting for the refund to my credit card. Then I had to booked the same hotel with another company.
The reservation for the 1st room is still intact and confirmed. Hope that we will not encounter any more problems.
Hoteling needs to review and improve their booking process to be more customer focused, and to improve their customer service.

I am VERY angry that hoteling.com DID NOT represent itself as a company in a FOREIGN COUNTRY. The website does not state or EVEN attempt to warn USA citizens that we need to be aware of a FOREIGN transaction fee by some crefit card companies! I have several cards and OF COURSE would have use one that that would NOT charged and ADDITIONAL $15.57! This information should be BOLDLY stated on the payment tab.

I have READ and REREAD the terms and condition. AGAIN I state there are No words stating the company's headquarters is in SPAIN. Had I known I would have used another credit card. I CALLED customer service and I was told I would have to cancel then rebook the room. Problem is the price of the room has increased by $5 a night. Hoteling.com does appear to have good rates. I am just asking for the website to include this information BOLDLY on their website.

We booked a hotel and when we arrived the hotel was in horrible shape. There were stains and burn holes on the bedspread, holes in the walls, stains on the walls, everything was filthy, and it stunk. We contacted customer service to see how we could move to another hotel. We were told we picked this hotel so it was our fault. We were then told to sens pictures, which we did. Then told the pictures weren't sufficient evidence and that all they could do was offer us another room. My husband had already explained we didn't feel safe there. We will NEVER use this website again and will let everyone we know to not as well.

Small problems with receiving documents after booking was done. But all sorted after a message on funpage at Facebook. Love the price I paid 220 GBP for 4* hotel in Spain with breakfasts for 2 of us. Really bargain as everywhere else the price was 150 gbp more. Love it!

Hello, im pretty angry right now... AS 99% of these posts, we booked for Bali in march next year. We got a email saying we would get a conformation email within 72hours. Within 48hrs the money was taken out of our account but no conformation email. And now a whole week later we have not yet received that conformation email but the money was taken out of the account. HONESTLY hoteling PICK UP YOUR BLOODY ACT. By the amount of people posting the exact same issue... By the Looks it looks like your scam, AND I PLAN ON BRINGING YOU DOWN. If you do not sort this out!

Booked hoteling.com as the price of the hotel in Bali that we had decided to stay at was cheaper than other sites on TripAdvisor. Received email confirmation within a day and payment was taken from my bank almost immediately on booking, however, cannot seem to "manage my booking" by viewing the document on the website and states to "please call and no number provided. Needless to say after then researching the company there has been some very negative experiences and feedback almost stating company is Fraudulent. So obviously very stressed, contacted Hotel directly only to discover there is NO BOOKING and no payment received and obviously money from our bank account was taken out 13 days ago? Attempted to contact Hoteling on the number on booking confirmation to only find this does not exist. After 30 mins of attempting to find a number in USA, I called from Australia and was on hold for 14 mins before hanging up as it would have cost me a small fortune. Emailed hoteling.com and received an email to say they will look into this but need the hotels number? Not sure if I was to give this. I can only hope this is resolved as the hotel cost was $1,167 Australian dollars. If this is not resolved I will take this matter further. I cannot understand how money is taken from our bank but no booking after 13 days has taken place, yet you have confirmed booking? Hopefully this will be resolved... Have not been able to contact direct, email is the only process and waiting for a response.It's our 20th wedding anniversary and I thought by booking on tripadvisor that it would be safe. Should have read the reviews prior to this. STAY AWAY!

I can assure you that we always aim to take the best care of our customers and most of our reviews are positive, however customers who experiences any kind of issue are usually more willing to post their negative opinion. Please let me explain that ones the booking is made and confirmed, it is also secured with the hotel. Sometimes they receive full details of guests in a shorter time prior to departure, so this could cause a confusion. I also sincerely apologise for the issues while getting in touch with us.
I can imagine it’s causing you a lot of stress, so I took care of it for you. Your booking in our system is fully confirmed, so I called our supplier who confirmed that everything is fine also in theirs. I was also able to get your hotel's internal reference which I have already provided you via email. Also I contacted the hotel directly who found your reservation only with name of the lead guest and the date of your arrival, so I'm concerned to know that you were advised about the issue with the booking.
Moreover, the reception assured me that everything will be ready for you and you could check your reservation by calling them with your surname and arrival date or their internal reference number.

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
